work environment is friendly and cheerfull. staff is fair and energetic. managment is demanding but helpfull.....all around good place to work with opertunity for advancement.

fast paced and demanding for perfection....but worth it

full filled and always on the go

Terrible place to work. No raises no reviews, no clue what’s going on by you can sit for hours waiting to be checked out but can’t get a raise. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The owner who is a PM. Will make you wait for over an hour plus to be able to leave

It’s bad for new guys in the industry

Sitting all day and cleaning up for other lazy installers and doing all the work

If you are a hardworking person, who is willing to work but still want to feel stressed every day at work, start having some anxiety or other related problems, then On-Site sign group is a perfect work environment for you!!!
The worst management you can imagine, no respect to employees, physically violent and morally abusive owner - these and much more ‘incentives’ you can expect working at On-site sign group!

Work environment is fast paced and management communicates exactly what they expect of you. For me, working there was very rewarding and there was no shortage of work ever. I was always keeping busy and my job was very fulfilling. Salary is competitive and the management team is not only friendly and welcoming, but I found them to treat me very fairly.
It's been a pleasure.

From the complete lack of communication to the inability to organize jobs, this company has it all.
Show up at 7am for your shift start and hopefully management has sent you the email of your job. Try to find all the parts and supplies that you need. Bring your own drill and driver bits as for some reason they don't supply them. Show up on the job site to be either told that you were not expected or to get off site because they don't have the proper paperwork sent from management. 

Honestly I like this job, the pay can be great (but you need to fight for your raises), the team/guys are awesome to work with, but disorganized and disrespectful management make it difficult sometimes. You will be asked & expected to work out of town for up to a week straight with barely any notice sometimes, you will fight to get drill and driver bits and fasteners needed for the jobs. If you can get over that, it’s a good place to work, but management really needs an overhaul.

If you value your sanity - avoid this place !!!!
Management will try to make you feel like a brainless piece of trash in front of anyone - yelling and cursing and always blames you for anything wrong even if it is their own screw up.  Profanity, disrespect, and violent threats are the only thing they know.

Day starts early at 7 in the morning rain or shine. Some days are very unorganized after jobs are completed. Management could use some work on dealing with employees and how they talk to them. Hardest part about the job is dealing with in-consent hours. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with the other colleagues.

This is by far the worst ignorant company i have ever worked for.
0 notice of whether your going out of town for the day or week.
Very stressful want you to work up to 20hr days everyday to get the work completed. No structure, owner is mentally and physically abusive.
Manganment is unprofessional and unorganised. Would never suggest anyone to work here.

This has been the worst company i have ever worked for . 
From not knowing if you are going out of town for a day or a week with less than 12 hours notice to the aggressive mood swings of co workers. 
This company is so disorganized that it makes it very stressful.
I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for work.
