Consulting is not easy, and it doesn't fit everyone.
Online and its management make it easy. With almost nine years of great supporting leadership, the opportunity to do is there, but you have to make the effort.

In 9 years, I have worked with over 10 Clients, helping them get the right things done. It was a huge experience that came with great appreciation from the leadership.

Yes, time on the bench (off-project/billable engagement) can be hard, but those are the opportunities for a good course or training or to charge before the next big project. Online has been around for a long time and knows how to deal with those times.

Great culture and people make the workplace!

Being a consulting firm, there is no security of tenure as each assignment may be your last. Majority of their employees are contracted to clients, and depending on the project, an average term of engagement will be a little as a month, or at most, more than a couple of years. Each time, you will have to basically be applying for the stint with the new client (redo resume, do trainings, etc). Turnover with Online is high, as there will be lean years and cancelled projects. You will eventually be let go when the projects dries up.

Not a bad company to work with, but don't expect to have a long term career with them as IT consulting is a volatile business.

At Online Business Systems you really feel part of the family that is working together to reach a collective goal. Some companies who claim to be a 'family' are covering up the fact that you will have to work long hours to achieve success, but it is not like this at all at Online. Management does a great job managing personnel and attending to any issues for the Onliners. Overall, this company likely provides everything you are looking either early in your career or late into it. There's a place for everyone to thrive.

I always start my day looking forward to working with my team on assigned projects, getting into various workshops and review sessions geared towards ensuring that each team member is adequately aligned to succeed on their deliverables. 

Online has great work culture, driven by the people, process and system. It is a beautiful place to work, and a great family to be part of.

Great Place to work. The culture is young, innovative and fast paste. Great for a young person to work. The practice leads are very helpful in providing guidance on daily tasks. You are not micromanaged and you are provided with all the support required for the job.

Great training programs, Great leadership.

A very good place to work on exciting technologies and challenging roles. The leadership is very supportive of its employees and does a lot of mentoring to ensure that the employee is successful.

A very well organized and professional management team. The organizational culture is great and the teams are very friendly and like a family. There are lots of professional development opportunities for all the staff.
