The main auto group is horrible. They punish you for not pushing sales and forcing people to buy things. Including write ups saying it’s a performance issue, when in fact it’s just being honest and not selling what is not needed. Force you to do jobs not in description.  They don’t stand by promises of bonus and payment, even in writing. There is extreme favouritism. Becareful working here. Staff are great but not head office 

Terrible upper management who consistently break ESA laws, as well as contracts with new hires.
Horrible communication with all managers and admin team. Cannot get a response from administration without including corporate in emails.

You need to check your hours each pay and ensure you are being paid properly, and if you are out, you are forced to wait at least a week before that money is given to you.

Great place to work, unfortunately difficult to advance your career as not a lot of opportunities.Co-workers are very pleasant people, management are friendly and treat workers with respect. Management also helpful and understanding, sometimes take employees out for fun nights bowlig or other activities.

The automotive group that owns this dealership is very poorly run resulting in massive staff turnover at all of their stores. Expect long hours, poor pay, and constant threat of termination. Also frequent non-compliance with the Employment Standards Act

No qualified people stay at any of their stores because of the terrible environment.

One of the busiest dealers to work for in Whitby. 50/50 work and play balance. If your whiling to put the time in rewards will follow. With any job the pros and cons are there, often the pros out weight the cons. The managers are knowledgeable and have many years of experience. Wonderful place to be if you want to see what the automotive trade is all about. Lots of opportunity to grow if your working in the right field.

Ontario Hyundai is a volume store. Great place to work! Management and Staff are all great in every department. The uncertainty comes with the my department, not really getting the full picture of its future. Not fully understanding whether upper as well as my manager is really sure what direction they want to go.

Dealership is outdated and falling apart.
Poor management.
Owner only cares about the numbers.
Long hours with no appreciation 
Covid safety measures are very loose 

Great place if you're able to grease up management to get high paying jobs from the work queue. Apprentices not trained as apprentices, must pay for school and sacrifice one of their days off to attend. New owner took any fun away from work. 

This company is terrible. They've shorted my pay on numerous occasions. Management is terrible and anyone that makes more than you will treat you like garbage. When I asked for a raise they said yes and never gave it to me.
