Nature of Work
Oversee training and coaching team; ensure the service team's training and development needs are being met
* Coordinate every element of training (manuals; people; etc)
* Plan, evaluate, and sometimes conduct training interventions
* Plan, evaluate, and sometimes conduct training in regard to launches of new products
* Ensure learners are given practical application opportunities (during and post training)
* Ensure formative and summative feedback is provided to learners and stakeholders
* Ensure all administrative documentation is complete and up to date

ontario inc is a smaller outfit where you work with the owner. he offers lots of opportunity to grow and expand, that has bin a great asset to myself being young and starting this trade. also makes sure your operating effectively and efficiently. He will make sure you know if your not doing something right, then correct you. they like to work long hours but don't have a problem giving you time for appointments. overall this was a very good company to work for and i am grateful for the opportunities he has given me.

•	Training workforce to Respond on Fire Safety, First Aid, Injury or Accident Reporting, any unwelcome event observed immediately report to supervisor, management or medical unit. 
•	Maintaining satisfactory carrier CVOR Safety rating by auditing Hours of service violation and falsification. Red zone falsification stops immediately, Planned corrective action in timely manner for violation.
•	Devising workforce to ensure faster retrieval convictions and inspections day to day information by authorized personnel to ensured that Health and Safety policies are always up-to-date with the most recent information.

•	Operated heavy, motorized equipment used in earth moving operations, including, tankers, dozers scraper, loaders, mobile compost mixers, compost turner, 18 wheel tractor-trailers, crane, excavator, etc. 
•	Gathered and loaded dirt and waste products from job sites onto trucks. Transported to appropriate locations.
•	Used hand-held mobile radio units to coordinate tasks and resources.
•	Maintained accurate logs and records and enter data in computer.
•	Ensured adherence to safe work practices and procedures. 
•	Met with management staff weekly to review status of jobs.

All great people, from the CEO to the tiling guys, all knowing their purpose in the company and the tasks they were expected to complete.
I've learned a lot the time I've spent there, as it was my first job outside my native country; I've learned about this new way of life and also about the people.

•	Record and maintain daily books for small corporation. 
•	File monthly source deductions to Government.
•	File quarterly HST payments.
•	Internal control duties, such as entering financial data into the company accounting database to be verified and reconciled.
•	Track financial progress by creating quarterly and yearly balance sheets.

As per my experience, it is a well organized and professional environment to work and to gain knowledge.

The management and the entire team from different departments are so social and helpful to give the best of them to solve the problems and issues pertaining to any matter or any department.

It is purely a teamwork and takes pride in serving the clients.

It was great experience working with Small Business Clients. Being a Small company of its kind we have helped so many small business clients in great efficiency and in time. The only challenge i have faced in recent time is the competition for small company like us. As so many of our client are getting their service done over the Cloud based computing.

Working at Palcon Excavating has taught me alot about working in a high energy and fast paced atmosphere. I have been able to learn about the bidding process as a subcontractor, estimating, project management and project coordination. While working at Palcon my co-workers have been nothing but warm and welcoming, teaching me everything I needed to know to help me grow within the company.
