This company was the first job I've ever had. They were very flexible and understanding when it came to scheduling hours around my school schedule. They helped me learned a lot and while going to school and working, I was also able to apply the knowledge I learned and was able to teach/ educate the employees above me.

A typical day at work includes managing projects. I learned a lot and worked closely with the Project Manager to accomplish set goal and projects. It is a friendly environment.

Very stressful. Owner isn't very supportive, the pay is minimal. There are no benefits. You have to deal with the mentally ill as well as tenants that are disgruntle.
