What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start at 8 am
Respond to all incoming inquires via phone call, email or text. 
Send customer info and video of inventory. 
Follow up with customers via email, phone call or text.

Work is funneled to techs and apprentices are ignored for all work and learning experiences. Just lube, tires and brakes.Warrenty is paid on straight time even if there is a flat rate time. Having to put up with being ignored and told you should be happy with what you have when you can barely afford to live while going to school (day release) is the hardest. Social club has events every so often and they have apparel to give out randomly which is nice.

It was a busy shop until Covid hit, but now we are being topped up for pay because of slowness,  it is a flat rate shop. We normally have staff BBQs and Christmas parties, the shop is generally very busy with all updated equipment. 

A great place to work if you enjoy being micromanaged and constantly being talked down to. Managers are great if you make the dept money but tides quickly turn when their lack of vision and initiative don't make it conducive to producing hours and they blame you for their old school ways. 

Been at this dealership for several years and am still one of the newer staff members. The Dealership owner is very fair and family oriented. I would recoment this place to anyone that is looking for a great place to work.

Got hired and the management had been extremely personable from the beginning. They seriously wanted you to succeed. You are there to work of course but its a great place work and get started in the auto industry. 

I was a Co-Op student while i was there. The staff were friendly and patient. I loved meeting new people and loved every day I was there.
I was accepted in all departments and was shown how to do my job(s) to the best of my abilities

Good group of people who have been working together for many years. There is a set routine that everyone gets familiar with pretty quickly. Duties are well laid out.

Friendly people, very safe place to work at.  My manager was a very friendly and easy going person, whenever I would ask for help she would be always there.

good place to work, lots of great guys there, just no work when I was there.
