What is the best part of working at the company?

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
When there was technical problem, students could not continue the exam with their iPads.  On one hand, the centre operator and assistants had to immediately contact the IT Dept.  On the other hand, exam staff had to arrange exam papers with the Exam Dept so that students could continue the exam as soon as possible.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The working environment is friendly, efficient and professional.  Test centre staff had to arrive early in order to prepare all necessities such as iPads, exam papers, stationeries were well set.  Tables and chairs were neatly arranged.  Signs and instructions were clearly displaced inside and outside the exam rooms.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Friendly and professional academic environment

A typical day at work would start off with checking emails, as this was the medium from where the workload came from - and you would plan accordingly.

Very employee friendly environment and openness in learning and training. Employees helped one another’s and the training was on going. The hardest part of the job was to fire drills. The most enjoyable part was the team meetings

It has a nice building. It is located at a peaceful location. The management and the people are very nice to work with. It seems you are a big family there. The working hours is flexible. It has no work during Christmas holidays.

This environment was perfect to learn a variety of skills such as designing a new web site or converting to workforce ERP tool.  Team is intelligent and uses 3rd parties to gain insights and analysis of best products to do the job.

I worked in the customer service department at OREA for years. I would recommend this company to anyone. It is very employee focused and care about the employees well being. The environment is great, best I have ever experienced.

My role mainly involved administering & monitoring the iPad-based exams. I also reported and resolved conflicts in violation of test protocols. The Saturday staff is great and supportive. Pay was always on time.

Amazing place to work and to build future. Helpful and professional colleagues that I would look up to for any advice. I would recommend anyone to apply in this amazing work place.
