The management style open-door policy. You can approach any one from the Senior Leadership team about issues concerning you or about any ideas you might have concerning efficiencies in systems of workflows.

Co-workers were extremely talented and approachable; you're able to bounce ideas of anyone.

The hardest part of the job was trying to manage too many projects at once, due to under staffing.

The people at the organization are an amazing, close knit, hard working and very caring bunch.

I worked at OTN for 6 years.  I chose to leave due to instability in the sector but can say I haven't missed a workplace more than I've missed OTN.  Best CEO and fabulous benefits.
