A typical day at work would require one to be attentive to detail. One has to be alert and critically analyze information, documents as well as conduct phone calls. Through this job I have learnt to be quick at what I do as well as pay attention to detail. One tends to manage oneself which is great because it gives you a feeling of independence. My co-workers are great and the office environment is very positive. One of the hardest parts at work is when one has to make a quick decision based on uncertainty. The job gives a person a lot of independence when it comes to decision making which is a great aspect but sometimes also hard.
The most enjoyable part at work is making good decisions and being recognized.

it's hard to say I enjoyed working in this place , the office is very small comparing with the number of employees , busy and crowded. very hard to focus especially if you are working in any task needs you to focus. promoting people not based on qualifications or how much hard work you do. don't expect you will win if you have have a conflict with your manager because there is no standard or roles in this game. the one who has access to the upper management can say anything about you and you can lose your job.

Optimal Payments is a growing company where they makes sure to give you the opportunity to succeed and exel if you are willing to do so. This makes people work hard to prove where they stand in the company which is a respectful quality to have. They give you any needed guidance and are open to giving education and guidance when necessary.

This is not really a great environment to work in little and no training no clear objective and changing management objectives if you're looking for a transition job this is great but give yourself a maximum of six months and you're out of there

Good place to work but very poor management, lot of meetings without any action items,          
Salary and benefits are ok, just depend on the area that you're working with.

Good benefits but management needs improving. Little work and/or life balance. No opportunity for over time. Office is good though, have parking, cafeteria and security.

The tasks were too limited to client contacts. I could not get more training to better serve my clients

Decent wages. Enough brakes and machines for food and cafeteria at the calgary herald building. You leanr a lot
