a day at work is always busies, constantly on the phone

get to help with return, canceled orders, create a RMA, OCF, SRF, transfer them to the right department,assist cust need in anything possible.
about in general company policy, standard, rules an regulations, knowledge of the products,

management are great when ever we have a questions in regard to customers complain or need they are there to give cust the correct info.

i get alone with every, like the mixture of nationality

the hardest part of the job would be the distant, to far away.

i enjoy the company , the people, complementary you get every 2 moth of the product.

I had worked with Organo since 2011. During my time with Organo, my business was a roller coaster ride. Every month I'd earn something different and most times it wasn't sufficient to sustain my lifestyle plus business expenses.

The trainings and conventions are phenomenal. The leadership is second to none.

Only problem with Organo is building a sustainable income that can sustain your lifestyle.

Organo is not like a regular employer you sign a contract to be a distributor of a company and your tasks are to sell coffee and other products and if you don’t achieve those targets you don’t get paid. Until you reach higher in the company. 

Poor management. Unfair pay. They have privileges to the ones managers like. They would choose the trips only for workers that they liked and were close friends with. They didn't choose anyone based on their performances.  The company itself was unfair to their distributors.

Worked for OG for like 1 year after they moved to the new office in Richmond. Pay was pretty low compared to industry average, and since there were lots of employees in the department, the workload is low and I never needed to work overtime. The people there are friendly, and nice to work with. 

Long hours in the heat, although under canopy. Engaged with a lot of customers and worked fast under pressure. Free coffee and taste testing regularly. Long hours standing but only for one day.

Good team environment, balanced workload, and supportive leadership. Offers growth opportunities and a stable workplace for most employees. A solid company with helpful staff, decent management, and opportunities to grow. Overall a reliable place to work with a positive culture.

It was a self paced business venture that me and my wife took on. We did well and at one time were selling over 14 000.00 per month in coffee.

Was a web developer there for 2 years. Great and friendly team. Their Richmond office is very new and modern. Overall, I recommend this company. Their marketing and development team is great!

Processing orders, handling incoming calls, responding to inquiries and claims in a courteous manner.
Providing customer service and product knowledge to our distributors in English and Spanish.
