•management : dealing with all management levels either in my company or my customer sompany and other companies too
•your co-workers: having very good and strong relation with all co workers either in my company or in my customer company
•the hardest part of the job : when the customer goes with what in the contract between him and his company and doesn't recognize that ther is a nother contract beteen his provider and other company to provide the service and the two contracts are competely different
•the most enjoyable part of the job : that I work to solve the customer problems and guide them to do the work properly

At Orange I've had a great opportunity to work with people from allover the world, which made me learn about different cultures and habits, and to know how to deal with people from different back-grounds.

My managers are really supportive and always working on helping me improving my skills, by taking training etc..

Regarding my co-workers  they're more like a family to me, we are all almost around the same age range, they are very friendly and helpful.

The hardest part of my job, is the time, because i am currently handling projects in USA and Latin America i stay at work till late hours, due to the time difference..

The most enjoyable part is the people i am working with the challenges that i might face on daily bases.

My company is one that cares about its employees; they strive to expand and thus ensure more and more ways for employees to  grow. They care that we have fun at work whilst being productive and optimized. They offer flexible working hours whenever the job can tolerate (not needing physical presence on site for any reason) as well as beautiful work-life balance. Orange is one of the leading France basedTelco operator having footprint EU and Africa-Middle East region. My typical workday includes meeting with business leaders, senior partners and technical experts in designing and developing solution and system architecture for projects within Orange group of innovation.

Orange works on Agile development framework which encourages employees to think outside the box and be expressive in their creativity and thinking rational.

Our network team consists of 14 engineers on 3 geographical sites (Paris, Sophia and Montsouris) . Each team member works according to a predefined planning . A typical day starts with overseeing all the operations for that day , as in, configuration of network equipment, incident response and handling, troubleshooting network problems, event and change management following the ITIL recommendations.

- The biggest challenge there was the work life balance it was really hard to balance between them as the work there was based on full time 24/7 shift basis.

My day to day activities includes but not limited to, Queue status checked for incidents, Change requests and escalations related to my team view. Management are always supportive and trust my skills and autonomy to enhance my self confidence.

Working with an international team from different countries and cultures helps build different strong technical skills. Traveling 50% of our time to handle different projects in AMEA. A typical day at work involves different team meetings, emails and conf calls.

Orange is my second home full with friends who we enjoy working together and exchange our experience. i have learnt and still learning more with them when we have an issue that related to other team we all try to solve it as a one person. about management and manager they are friendly easy going.
