Learned a lot about dispensing with practice.
The management is flexible if we have any requests abruptly.
Good people to work with, made good friends, perfect balance to a busy day.
Standing for 8 hours can be difficult by half day.
Meeting new people everyday with things to learn from each person is the best thing to work for.

Some locations are busy and others not. In overall, work and life balance are more important in this company.
Like retail stores scheduled for the year are flexible. For employees, they are opportunities possibility to grow.

Nice work culture, and people. Enjoyed working there. There was a lot to learn if you weren't already familiar with the optical industry but managers and co-workers were very supportive, and that made things go smoothly. 

Very accommodative and always help you learn a lot of new things. Fun team to work with and fast growing team. Might be overwhelming at first but will get the hang of it soon.

I loved the team but head office don’t understand the market and ask too much of in store management they are very disorganized dealing with Australian head office
