OshKosh BGosh

This was my first job I've ever gotten, and I quit within a month. First of all, a day after scheduling my interview the manager called me to tell me he forget when it was. Okay, so we have it and I snag the job. I work 2 hours for "training" (the manager just said "greet people and fix clothes") and getting into the payroll system. I'm not issued an employee number, given a schedule, nothing. 
I didn't hear back for a MONTH I was out-of-the-blue given simply a 3 hour shift. I went in, and was chastised for my clothes. I wore clothes that fit the store color scheme because when I came in for training there was absolutely no enforced dress code. Then was chastised for not knowing the area I would be working. The manager literally called me and said, "Come in _____ from __to__." I was also promised my employee number and locker next time I came in but had neither. Very stressful to be given looks from other employees because the manager didn't give me any policies to read or any training or information. I was scheduled to work Black Friday, and suddenly was removed from that schedule. I suppose this is some informal way to say that I've been fired?

The people there were alot of temps my age and others older than me but most there all nice people. I worked all around the factory as a temp and al the jobs are simple and easy to handle. The only thing I didn't like is the hours. 10 hour shift for the whole week I was there and it left little time for living. Money is suppose to keep you alive with food, water and shelter- not run your whole life where its the only thing your doing while your alive. Other then the hours, if it wasn't so long I would have stayed for as long as they needed me... if they cut my hours in half haha. In all, it is a great place to work even if you are supporting the buy and throw away ugly or bored of clothing culture.

This was an alright position. It worked for me while I was there. Found a lot of managers talking behind staffs back. At first I thought they were confiding in me but it turns out they were just trying to get information about other employees out of me, which does not sit well with me. There is absolutely no reason for me to stay. No raises. No benefits. Pushing to sign up for emails when that's what is killing the store target, etc is people shopping online. Head office promised a rewards program at the beginning of the year and it's already May!

I worked in Carters Osh Kosh for almost 4 years. The company has great values, and the store management while I was there was wonderful. They have super cute clothes, and the environment can be so fun. The regional manager is TERRIBLE. I don't know if she has changed or not, but while I was there, she didn't understand our job and had terribly unrealistic expectations. Overall, I would work here again if I had the chance, the good outweighs the bad

So far enjoy working for this company.  Nice staff and management.

Most enjoyable part is helping the customers find what they are looking for.

this was the best job I ever had. the people I had the pleasure working with became family. there was no drama or competition of any kind we worked together and had fun doing it. even on extremely busy days we still managed to laugh and enjoy each others company.

Workload is realistic. The company has structure and firm value system is place. There are talented individuals at head office and are there to help you.

Worked part time. Barely had hours, the other employees were very clicky and not overly friendly. Had minimal training. The only pro was the discount. I would never work for this company again. 

Not a bad place to work as long as you’re willing to work. Everyone is very nice to work with, management is getting better. No qualms or complainants. Gives you the time off you want if your reasonable. Hours can vary.

Fun place to work. Pay is in the lower end of the range. Mangers did a good job motivating the team., which would put everyone in a good mood which made the environment a productive and pleasant place to be working in.
