Mostly working in the capacity of a ER RN, in all areas of the ER department. I learned many things, but most of importance was the whole concept around patient flow through the ER and providing safe and thorough care. I felt very support from both management and the educational team as they where very visible in the unit, they where lots of learning opportunities for nurses and physicians alike.  Since there where many areas to work in within the ER this gave one a very diversified experience, the only part of the job that often was difficult was dealing with the homeless as they seemed to have little and often no supports

New in the field, I was pleasantly greeted to the Management team with great potentials. Collectively the team of supervisors were supportive and guided me in the right path to deal with such various background employees. I loved dealing with the staff of all departments and more importantly meeting the patients

Great atmosphere with interdisciplinary health care team. This organization focuses on compassion, teamwork, respect for the individual, and commitment to quality. I feel overall this is displayed within practice. Continuing education is very important and it is always available within the job if you want to gain more knowledge on certain areas.

I Love what I do . I get to help people and I find it very rewarding . The staff have trained me in the administration field that has giving me many skills for this position . The hardest part of the job is the little paid hours i receive wish there was more.

I work as a new grad at the General hospital (7W). 7W is a very busy and challenging floor but you will also learn a lot and be equipped with the right skills if starting here as a new nurse.

Working in a medical facility is mostly a team effort. Even though it was not my dream job, having good people to work with and of course getting along made the job easier.

i ask for letter of refference will give me i like working in hospital always in the emergency experience alot of thing but i am just casual nneed to work full time

Amazing coworkers, toxic supervisors that are power hungry. Great general manager. 
Everyone however complains about how it is a bad system and can be easily improved. But supervisors will not listen. They aren't all bad but most are.

love the environment and people who work there but the chances to be full time are really low and lately I don`t have a lot of shifts. But over all it is really interesting to work there and it is good experience.
