I have been proud to work at this dealership for more than 17 years.  I have experienced a supportive and professional work environment that values dedication, teamwork, and customer service.
I appreciate the strong sense of loyalty and commitment the company shows to both its employees and customers.  I can confidently say this company values hard work and recognizes the contributions of its staff.
I am grateful to be part of an organization that has provided stability, opportunity, and  a positive workplace culture for so many years.

It can be fast-paced and requires staying organized and focused under pressure.

The workplace environment at this dealership is fast-paced, energetic, and team-focused.  It’s a place where teamwork and communication help keep everything running smoothly.

I started at Ottawa St. Laurent Jeep & Ram as an Accounting Clerk and after just over a year was promoted to Assistant Controller. If you’re motivated, willing to learn, and take initiative, management definitely notices and rewards hard work. The management looks to promote within giving opportunities to grow with the company. 

There’s always something new to learn, which helped me develop my knowledge  and professional career. Leadership is supportive and trusts employees with increased responsibility. The work environment is supportive, team-oriented.

Like any dealership environment, it can be busy and demanding at times, but that also creates opportunities to stand out and grow quickly. Overall, I would recommend this workplace to anyone.

Great place to work. I’ve been with the company for 8 years and have been promoted three times during that time. Management truly recognizes work ethic, knowledge, and dedication, and advancement is based on performance rather than tenure alone. The company strongly believes in promoting from within before bringing in external management, which creates real growth opportunities for loyal employees.

Great people around who are there to help and managers are great to make sure things move smoothly without any issues

When it gets busy. But that’s at every location on any job 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Amazing everyone is friendly. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come in get changed and then ask for work which is given to you and then you start on the cars write your stories and finish work order then pick up next work order

This Dealership has one of the best Managers I have met in Decio. However great managers can only do so much as there is a disconnect between the departments as well as a divide between new and used. There is a ton of potential in this store if only everything could be brought together to go in one direction. 

Not overly impressed with the pay scale.

The General Manager has always been active in the day to day operations and been in regular communication with all staff at the dealership.  His door is always open for comments and feedback; you may not always get the result you want but the right thing for the company will be done instead of the concern being ignored.

Ottawa Dodge is a great place to work, the management and staff have all been very friendly and helpful.  If you are looking for an opportunity to grow and be rewarded, I can think of no better place than Ottawa Dodge. This has been a very rewarding experience and I look forward to a long career at this dealership.

This dealership has the most turn overs between Finance specialists... there should be a reason... 
I strongly would love to warn ppl who is about to apply for F&I position that you will hate your life there working ...
Unfairness, stresses, and etc

A typical day is to help management with heir work, greet clients and such. I've learnt about good sale skills. There was no hard part, it was a very enjoyable atmosphere. Management were very professional with clients but knew how to keep stress levels low with employees.

keeps me going, love the work just hope to find full time all year around work, jean and ken will be great referneces, im very dedicated to work and will work my butt off to make that pay.
