Outland living is a company that puts their employees and customers first. There are many instances where I have seen the company pivot and restructure policies for the comfort of their customers or employees. What I also value about working with Outland Living is that there is no shortage of learning within this fast growing company. The company takes the time to get to know each individual and provides them with the support needed to elevate their skills and or knowledge. One thing that resonates with me is the phrase that Outland Living has coined "Disruptive Value"; from the start of my employment to now, I have never felt there was a day that I was not given more value than I have put in, this makes me work harder and harder, and more and more effort day after day. I'd like to take the chance to sincerely Thank all the employees, and the executive team at Outland Living; not only for the opportunity, but for the exceptional working environment and culture carried by every individual here. I am honoured and grateful to be working along side such an amazing team of individuals who are intellectually aligned.

Outland Living is the first job I've had that I know right off the bat isn't just for the short-term, and I've never had the urge to go anywhere else. The team was very small when I first started, and has been slowly but surely growing ever since. However, the tight-knit family-like feel will always be at the heart of the company. Everyone is super kind and friendly, and they always make sure to make new members feel welcome and appreciated. The daily office atmosphere is very relaxed, which maintains a calm & stress-free environment. Team lunches & out-of-office team events are a priority here, which is a great way to get everyone together (especially those who don't work closely) and keep moral high. There is such a variety of roles here, yet tons of collaboration. My specific role has the benefit of being very wide spread, meaning my focus and projects change often – making my days/weeks different in the best way possible. I would recommend working here to anyone.

At my previous job, I was working 12+ hours a day for a company that possessed very corporate views. They valued results and profit but lacked the "team" culture required to retain and motivate employees. Needless to say, I was ready for a change. Joining the Outland Living team was the best thing I could have ever done. They take your well-being seriously and are the most supportive group of individuals I have ever worked with - managers and employees. I've also gained a plethora of new skills and experience since starting a few years back. This is a team that is not afraid to seek potential and develop team members. I thank Outland Living for taking a chance on me, and I'm excited to keep growing with them!

Working for Outland Living in this short amount of time has given me invaluable skills. My position allows me to use critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I learn new things every day. I love the ability to collaborate with other team members. The entire office is extremely supportive and synchronized. When you have great co-workers and an amazing work environment, you truly enjoy coming to work each day. 

We are the market leader in the past years. We won many awards in the industry and customer are enjoying our products. We are a quick growing company with lots of potentials.

The management is quite supportive for the employees. Personal dedication is greatly appreciated at the workplace. Continuously learning is highly encouraged in this company with many supports. Team members are very supportive and friendly. People are also learning and exchanging skill from each others.

A quickly growing company with lots of opportunity. The management team focuses on empowering individuals to grow in their role, challenge themselves, and achieve great things without overburdening employees. As a smaller company, most employees are happy to wear multiple hats and learn new things on the daily, keeping the job fun and engaging. Work-life balance is great and nobody is forced to work evenings and weekends.

I enjoyed working here. Management was great and willing to reinvest in their employees with regards to extra education. The workplace culture was collaborative. Everyone was there to help each other out. There are team lunches that occur every two weeks where one person is in charge of managing it. They are usually very delicious lunches. Overall, it was a great working experience with lots of potential for future growth.

Outland Living is a wonderful local company with a really supportive team. The workplace culture is the best out of everywhere I've ever worked, the managers are kind and helpful, and the team lunches and company events are always fun! The job itself is engaging and keeps you busy but isn't stressful. I would recommend working at OL to anyone.

Very friendly and casual working environment.  Our office pantry is well equipped and it is always stocked with healthy snacks and fruits.  The R&D team is always busy solving problems and designing exciting new products.   If you are interested in developing innovative products for the outdoor market it is definitely the right place for you.  The management is very supportive and open minded.
