Company ensures that staff is well prepped, given full details, and accounted for prior to being sent to an assignment. Management also listens and communicates well with staff! Hears out concerns and takes action when such are voiced. Overall an amazing agency to work with.

They don't reimburse their employees for their travel and meal expenses like they state that they will in the work agreement and when questioned on it, they consistently dodge your questions.
