A typical day at P.F. Chang's is similar to a day in high school. Working with familiar faces and good vibes allows me to have a positive mind. Busy night shifts are the ones I enjoy the most. They are usually the most difficult but bearable. From a 1 hour wait table to dealing with impatient customers.

Working at P.F. Chang's have taught me to always put on a smile when the time gets rough. It has also taught me to deal with impatient, rude, angry customers, maturely and positively. P.F. Chang's has made get used to working in a fast-paced work environment.

The management team at P.F. Chang's are the nicest and most understanding people I have ever met. In mid-July, they constructed a 2-week training program for all new employees and it included, free meals, trainers from the United States, and a positive feel.

My co-workers are like my brothers and sisters. They are mainly the reason why I enjoy working at P.F. Chang's. From hard-working servers to fast-serving bartenders. They all never fail to make me smile.

The hardest part of the job for me when I first started working would be keeping up with the fast-paced work environment. But as time passed, my experience expanded and now it is easier for me to work at the same level as everybody else.

The most enjoyable part of the job would be greeting our P.F.Chang's customers with a warm welcome, positive vibe, and topped it off with a sincere smile.

Serving tables by going the extra mile to inform guests about P.F. Chang's culture. Tips are generally good due to the menu being on the more expensive side. No auto-gratuity on large parties, which is a con. Management listens to staff's complaints and sets up staff's schedules to match their availability, creating a fair life-work balance. One issue with management is on occasion they forget to relay information to the rest of the staff, creating a dishonest relationship between management and staff. Staff are able to take time off with two-weeks notice and are able to give up/switch shifts easily. The hardest part about the job may be taking too many tables if understaffed. The most enjoyable part of the job is creating positive relationships with colleagues and guests, it is overall a friendly atmosphere.

As a server, I typically talk to guests and develop a relationship with my customers. My coworkers are helpful and friendly, the team synergy is clear throughout the restaurant. The management has recently undergone some changes, and the employees are still learning to work well with the new management. Friendly and positive. The hardest part of the job is the lack of hours available (it is slow season currently). The most enjoyable part of the job is the feeling of reward for completing a busy rush hour and feeling like I really earned the money I made. Overall, working at PF Changs has been a positive work experience and has improved my skills for other workplaces.

Pf Chang's was an ineteresting experience for me.It was a very fun ride but sometimes it was hard to handle. Lack of communication between the cooks caused some prep work undone and it left more work for other people to do on top of the things they had to do already. On a positive note i learned alot of new techniques along with recipes and met some great people to work with. There were very long hours but when you have a great team the time passes by. I just wished the days didnt seem as redundant as they were. After almost a year i decided to move on from Pf Chang's and I will always wish them a bright futur

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is no pressure to ne d to know about, for sure fast pace is appreciated. Everyone working as a team. Be nice and kind to everyone is a plus. Negative people don't last.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Amazing people, amazing team, great company.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Show up on time, do your work, clean well your station, serve the dishes well, love your client and respect your boss.

Working in a restaurant setting, one must be self sufficient and at the same time work as a team to ensure a great shift.  We all have a part to play.  
We strive for quality in all aspects - food, beverage, guest experience and staff relationships.
The hardest part of my job are the late evenings away from my family.
What I do enjoy about my job is the new interactions that I can have on a daily basis, as well as the interactions with regular guests.

At the time it was a very spacious and welcoming community, the food was great and the atmosphere was filled with opportunity. Such diversity attracted customers and that I can say was impressive. A regular working day would be most restaurants busiest so it was always that pressure but fun. T he hardest part of the job would was the lack of decent communication and reason, where the most fun part was the job itself, COOKING!!! ;) the learning and the growing.

I would not recommend to work here at all, the owner talks big but has no backbone to say how it really is. The head chef was a good guy great chef, just really unorganized and he also was a great teacher, just needs to fix some things. The only thing I would recommend about working there is the people you get too meet and work with.

A high volume sales and great customer service needs a goal and result oriented manager. Managing, teaching, and coaching the subordinates, and being in the same page with the peers requires a great teamwork and a great work ethics. It is a nice challenge to motivate the staff. Making the difficult and unhappy guests to regular clients was best part of my job.

I enjoyed working at P.F.Changs.  The work environment was fun, yet professional. Working there taught me a lot about working with people and being able to keep my  composure and professionalism in a high stress work environment. Id have to say the most enjoyable  part of my job was people actually coming in the back of the kitchen to express how much they enjoyed the food. I loved that.
