The salary is good, good advantages and schedules, overall working people are great but everyone there is only for the money. Why ? Because over time the relationship with the administration and HR became a burden. Incompetent bosses who doesn't know the product at all, often times treat you like they bought you in some market as a slave. Enthusiasm and performance for an employee at this plant will only result in infinite more tasks and 0 recognition. Nobody cares if you want to improve the work and career advancement is non existent. The company often brake the rules of collective agreement for it's own purpose at employees loss. The union is powerless and not doing absolutely nothing for the employees neither. It wasn't like that when I started to work there, but things went all but in wrong direction with time. So unfortunate, because it can be a good place to work and feel accomplished in your career, but the administration is doing absolutely everything to ruin that possibility. Not a good place to work for a long career.

at TEST department, correcting anomalies on the trucks, making safety tests on all systems, general mechanical inspection before paint detailing. The job was fine, but at the end of the day, you are just a number, you will be sent home sooner than later. If you try to manage before they call back 6 months later (work, school, whatever), there will be no flexibility to accomodate you (needed a 15 minutes overlap to get to the job site from school for the evening shift, not negotiable. Job termination mentioned I quited). If you go there for the money, it's a good temporary solution, but dont get overwhelmed, put some coins aside and beware of easy credit lines! Most co-workers where nice to work with!

You go in, punch your ticket and start working. The work is basically always the same as one would expect in an assembly plant. Dealing primarily with middle management, you realize that they're often stuck to do the dirty work for the corporation. Being a unionised workplace, sometimes this leads to some conflict. Being mostly repetitive work, staying focused is one of the hardest parts of this job, however, most of the people there are fun to work with.

Canadian operations of this company sucks. I was interviewed by this company and has horrible experience. I was told by hiring manager during interview that if you are accustomed to fast packed work culture then this company is not for you. We do things at our pace. Great way to sell your company to potential employee. Then I did some research and their clients prefer to deal with other companies. This company takes for ever to make any credit decision.

Very hard to ever get anywhere when it was their way or the highway, no discussions.
The local staff were amazing, very team oriented, but the demands from Corporate were high.  The demand was higher than was possible to achieve.

You start with a little meeting in the morning.  What you will learn is managing your time and inventory. Management is alright.  Your co-workers will help you whenever you need it.  The hardest part is working with limited space.  You will like the working hours which is different from other companies.

This is my first job after being out of school, salary is pretty good we have good benefits and the company take care off us pretty well.
Not much to complain about.

No body care , old employee think company belongs to them 
Management miserable 
No training very noisy environment 
Very lazy staff
Electrician are not competent no knowledge in plcs
Management do not wncourage new coming people 

Very good company for a long term approach. You work hard for them and they will look after you. Flexible hours if you have any appointments. Very good benefits. Training is provided to all the techs.
