Upper management has no idea what they are doing. They are losing good employees and customers! Squeezing every ounce out of employees and middle management to meet targets with no support or investment into staff. How to achieve targets is on you. No social programs, no recognition of department achievements or personal achievements.  No birthday shout outs nothing! No one cares there!  
It is for certain one day Phaeton will get bought out by another company. With the majority of problems coming from the top 2 levels of management the group is doomed to erode from within.

Visually inspected, cleaned and parked cars in the service lot
Shuttled customers safely to their destination 
Ensured that loaner cars were fueled and ready for guests to utilize
Delivered loaner cars to guests and picked up their cars to be serviced.Cleared snow with snow plow, snow blower and shovel to provide safe environment for customers and employees
Assisted in washing and detailing cars
Ensured the security of cars by etching them
Dropped off and picked up licence documents for clients purchasing new and used vehicles
Delivered several bank deposits to appropriate banks at the end of the day.

What is the best part of working at the company?
You get a basic salary! Good for those who want to start working in Canada for the first time.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Unrealistic targets without any logical incentives

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Just normal. People feel like they are obliged to work for a salary. If they can find a higher salary, no one will stay

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work, accept new targets, achieve, no appreciation, bigger targets

Great as a apprentice learning experience if you know how to turn a wrench. If you're an oil changer that can't learn, you'll most likely stay at oil changing but that can be said about alot of places. As a technician, the pay is very low at this point in our industry. You don't get paid for training for online courses, you don't get a raise for getting your Hybrid/ HVT. You'll sell a large ticket once a blue moon, the mindset there is in and out services. Everything gets warrantied even if it's supposed to be CP.  Work volume was very low during low season, like EXTREMLY low. 

Service manager was by far one of the best I’ve ever worked with, he will always give you the benefit of the doubt. A lot of politics between employees which creates an unhealthy work environment, and a lot of dead weight employees who should have been terminated for lack of performance a long time ago. Opening up a night shift which is pointless as there is no guarantees hours 

The job was fine, however management was not. They had no idea how to run a dealership and make it as productive as possible. The only thing they have going for them is that their GM is a well known talk show host and popular social media figure. Long hours for little pay and a team that was very unorganized.

The old staff that are all now gone

Not enough staff to perform duties 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic worked from 50-60 hours per week always excelled but was never respected for my work or knowledge 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Min 10 hour days non stop since under staffed

Waste of time the management has no clue what they are doing it all seems nice until you get to work and deal with higher ups . They don’t care about employees at all. They replace employee once they don’t need you anymore basically you might have a job today and tomorrow you will be out of job without any notice. Worse dealer group I have ever worked for

It is a very pressure job , we all have a coder to meet every month , i have been in the business for 30 years and the reward from most of the dealerships are 
 cutting down. Give u an example , in 1987 , minimum commission is $ 100 but now 2017 still  $100 , what 's a joke!!!

At the time the dealership was in an old building. There were a lot of conflicts within the management team. Preference was given to long established sales associates.  Priorities given to new construction of a facility at the north end of Richmond Hill which will change the demographics of the dealership.
