What is the best part of working at the company?
One of the best parts was meeting another new hire and having someone to learn the role alongside. It made the onboarding process feel less overwhelming.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part of the role was balancing a very high volume of scheduling, confirmations, follow-ups, and communication throughout the day while trying to stay organized. There was also an expectation to come into the office regularly despite already very busy workloads, and breaks were never accommodated despite regularly working 10+ hour days. Schedules could be organized enough to assign office time, but not enough to provide legal break periods. Another challenge was being told company vehicles would be available for the role, but ultimately having to rely on my own personal vehicle instead. Additionally, while the position was presented as a $60,000 salary role, the hours regularly required effectively worked out to approximately $15.93 per hour.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment was very fast-paced and high pressure due to the workload and constant communication required throughout the day, as well as days off. Team members themselves were generally approachable, and connecting with another new hire helped make the environment more manageable. However, the culture often felt focused more on maintaining coverage and output than on employee sustainability. The long hours and workload made the role difficult to maintain long term, and it was concerning to see even experienced agents leave only days after being hired, as it reinforced how demanding the expectations could be.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Showings were scheduled in back-to-back blocks, typically 9:00am–7:00pm or 10:00am–8:00pm, with little downtime in between. I would begin work as early as 7:00am–8:00am depending on the day to confirm that day’s showings, coordinate logistics, and complete follow-ups from the previous day. Throughout the day, I would spend my time travelling between properties, using any possible gaps in schedule to manage ongoing client communication, and stay on top of office correspondence. The only downtime would be a showing cancellation.

The deadlines they set are unrealistic. Everyday, everyone is in panic mode. I was expected to work all day and be on call for the evening and weekends. They are trying to run many properties without supers (because they are cheap) and there would always be service calls in the evening and on weekends and you are expected to drop everything and go. No happy tenants, they are mad at you even before you show up because they’ve so frustrated with the company. A family run business and if your not family, you don’t matter. Also they don’t offer benefits (again cheap) All in all, a horrible place to work.

Really liked working here. Wouldn’t leave if I didn’t have to move down south to be closer to family. Solid team, and management. Everyone is always trying to improve the quality and processes of service to clients which I really liked. I started as labourer and I am leaving as an experienced maintenance tech. They reward people for their efforts and recognize their hard work. I was even offered a position for when I was moving, but unfortunately I won’t be in an area they operate in. The management in the city are solid people to work with. 

Have worked for the company for over five years. This company’s management is supportive, responsive and offers you the opportunity to build a career with them. Having started in an entry position, over the years, opportunity to learn and grow with the buisness has been offered. 

I didn’t have much experience, but the management supported me and taught me the skills I needed to succeed. I felt that they truly cared about me and put me in a place where I could succeed.

The management cares about their workers and wants them to love coming to work just as much as they do!

I only left this company in order to return to school, otherwise I would still be there!

Horrible experience, lack of communication and no consideration whatsoever for the staff. One of their facilities is closing down soon and we never received any formal notice from management, it's our source of income for God's sake not a laughing matter.
And the payroll department is a joke as they often make mistakes or even no payments at all.

Panoramic Properties is a good company to work for if you are looking for long term and stable employment. I started working for the company when I came to Canada 16 years ago. Management treated me as family and helped bring my family here as well. Now that my kids have finished university, they now work for this same company and are very happy with their positions. 

It’s very unfortunate that the owner of the company doesn’t know what’s going on with the company in the sudbury area. 
The Management is very good at hiding important crucial information to keep this property problem free. 
The staff including labours get treated unfair and poorly.  No one gets treated equally. 


Management is really old school 
They still work with “FAX” we are still in the 80’s every time they hired a new superintendent in on building they will fire the superintendent of the other building to make the new superintendent work in the two buildings.
They just want to take advantage of the employees

They will promise a bunch of things at the start but never follow through with them. They also expect you to stay late for an absurd amount of time....
