What is the best part of working at the company?
I love my friends and I love my coworkers.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?

I want to highlight the issue where there's no separate food allotted for servers. We end up eating leftovers from parties, and sometimes even those are withheld by the captain to give to visitors, even though it's just leftovers. Sometimes we don't get to eat at all, and the boss of the dishwasher gets angry when we scoop food from the chafing dishes. What's worse, they deduct from our wages for this leftover party food. It's very unfair. If they're going to deduct from our pay for the food, there should at least be food set aside specifically for us servers.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very chill. Like I said I would rate 5 if there's food for servers exclusively. Untouched foods.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very chill. Not bad for part time. Friendly guests and enjoyable work place

its way harder then a normal food service job as a waiter since you're normally attending to big events like weddings and have a much larger variety of duties to keep the banquet hall functioning while making no tips. you keep busy tho and time kinda flys by if your cool clocking out at 2am every friday/sat/sun

you will be required to work at a fast pace and under pressure during service. make sure not to spill any food on the costumers and you will be fine. the coworkers are very nice and friendly. and the management is reasonable and fare.

Serving customers while being on the floor for constantly 7 hours is a difficult atmosphere to adjust but the co-workers come in help well and together we make the best out of the task being given. The enjoyable part of the job was the free drinks and food.

At Paradie Banquet Hall, I am able to apply myself and utilize my skills effectively. The work here is hard but, we get a good amount of break. Also, it is a fun place to work at because the atmosphere is very friendly yet very serious as well.

The most enjoyable part of this job was when i would serve people with a great big smile and they would always appreciate my work. The hardest part of this job was when people that would attend the parties would get drunk and act really weird.

No Tips - Good for Part time and easy money. 
But there is pressure in the job. 
Management is average and co-workers are all young. 
More freedom to move around when no work 

everyone works at the same level, all are treated equally assigned different tasks. The hardest part of the job is to keep moving and stay on the floor even when you are done serving everything twice or thrice.

A typical day would consist of arranging plates among a large amount of tables and once the guest come in we must attend to their need with regards to foods and drinks.

•	Collaborated with customers, the Banquet Manager, the Sales department and Executive Chef to organize and coordinate all events; attended leadership, department and banquet event meetings
