While I was working there it was under different management, and it was managed poorly but I understand they have replaced the main issue. There was no loyalty towards senior staff when it came to how shifts were divided up. There was also no chance of promotion or salary increase even after 3 years of dedicated, hard work. They will take advantage of you if you let them. But again that was previous management. They also have no respect for labour laws either.

Good fellow employees...team work

Very busy at certain times...alot of customers, alot of different requests

Very equally good people on same target

Busy...full shift ...lots of requirements

I worked at Party Stuff for a month (seasonal) as a sales associate and I learnt that their pay was average ($11.45). You're most likey not going to be asked to continue to work there after the season, but it had great management. Although, manaagemnet was great and flexible, I did not feel welcome even though i was only there for a month. Party Stuff didn't feel like a second famiy as work should be.

Management sucks, doesn’t train you properly on how “they” want you to be. very disappointing as they say they want to set you up for success. Hours are horrible in regard's to what you actually work versus what your availability is. Definitely not a welcoming place to work or a friendly place to be. 

As ive said it was an great place to work for such a short period of time. I really enjoyed being there and being able to work in that kind of a place with all the neat things to see.

Great for students because its a very unstressful job. Manager is super easy going and understanding and booking days off is simple. Gets a bit boring sometimes because its slow but overall an enjoyable happy place to work

I would’ve preferred a more friendly environment, something with lots of communication. Overall though it was a decent first job and I liked that it was seasonal.

Terrible place to work and the management is even worse. If you wanna be so stressed that you actually end up with physical medical issues then this the perfect job for you.

Great company hard-working people lots of friendly staff fun truck to drive meet new people awesome hard physical enjoyable work flexibility and understanding

I worked there seasonally during halloween. When i first started it was a bit slow but as it got closer to halloween working there became more fast paced.
