What is the best part of working at the company?
There isn't really any good part 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Basically all of it. You take in 40 cars a day and call all the customers to try and sell them additional work. You also have to order parts, deal with other businesses , keep track of all the cars being worked on, waiting for parts ( which never come) , keep up on all warranty changes and recalls, deal with corporate, the list goes on and on and on. The days are long, the pay is slim, and the customers very angry because Hyundai break a lot and there aren't any parts for them unless you want used or aftermarket.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Cutthroat environment where the advisor at the next desk will steal your customer because they claim they spoke to them on the phone 3 days ago so it's their customer. They will also steal the next customer because that didn't count as their turn.management doesn't care and is never present anyways.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Please don't make me relive it.

All departments have amazing staff and create a family like atmosphere and make work life sincerely enjoyable, however the old management was immensely better and the new management has ruined the dealership inside out! I would recommend the job based on the fact that your fellow coworkers make coming to work feel like more than just work, however if you’re someone who needs supportive and even remotely caring management, this is not your place to work! Balancing home life and having a family whilst working here is a very hard task as head management very much doesn’t know much about the people that work for them and nowhere near as involved with their staff and as caring as the old management! 

My typical day at work with Hyundai was very busy. I would be doing 8-10 cars a day. Oil change, tires, brakes. I would even help out doing the short blocks and long blocks engines. I learnt that whenever you need help don't be afraid to ask.  Management was great they made sure that you always got your hours that you needed. i loved my co-workers they were fun to be around and sometimes on a friday night we would all go out for a drink.

The hardest part of the job was waiting for the parts estimate to be approved so that i could fix the problem.
The most enjoyable part of the job was working on the cars and fixing them.

Best dealership I have ever worked in. The pay structure is the best I have seen in all my years in the industry, and the coworkers are awesome, doesn't matter if it's service or sales, everyone feels like family. 
Management genuinely cares about you succeeding but also to make sure you are okay and put your well being first. 
Even before I was in the industry, no other workplace compares!

There is so much to learn in the automotive industry and Pathway is the best place to do it. You'll gain 2-3 years worth of experience in only 1 at Pathway.
It's a demanding and revenue driven dealership but the staff is friendly and most of the management actually cares about you.

Great people with a passion for customer service! Got the opportunity to improve my customer service skills and build a rapport with certain customers. Management was awesome and would go the extra mile to help you out! Busy dealership had to use my time management skills effectively to ensure every customers concerns were met.

Pathway is great place to work constantly promoting from within and giving ample opportunity for advancement in the company 

They want to see all their employees succeed and provide training and support to ensure that happens 

I feel that this place realy dose work with the customer in many ways, anything open hrs to rental vehicles to allowing the customer to have one on one with the mechanic to discuss repairs. Management always has a true open door rule

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good atmosphere. Everyone is willing to help out. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Amount of work that is needed to be done can get to be too much

Greet the customer, input their concerns give them mechanics estimates that will ensure their vehicle will run properly.
