Overall not happy with how PDI manages the program. First bad impression is how they don’t acknowledge the poor students who just came from a long flight coming from Korea and that they were exhausted and it felt like the day was super rushed not following the planned guidelines of the activities to do as stated just to send them to their assigned homestay. Gave it another chance to attend the sports event the next day and was still not impressed.

The planned timings are very off and everything is disorganized with lack of communication with the main staff. Was disappointed how despite I was uncomfortable on how we were supposed to continue the event, staff removed us from the chat rooms with no explanation. 

I highly do not recommend to ever spend your time (even if it’s just volunteer) with this company. Not much is said about them on the internet.

 If you are curious about how it feels to be not respected, this is a great place to join. If you want to challenge yourself to go beyond your ability, here is the place! 

 They run a disorganized program, and this will cause you stress that possibly breaks you down piece by piece. The person in charge of it has poor communication and gives blurry directions that confuse participants the whole time. They are not open to your thoughts or ideas. You'll get pressured until you satisfy their expectations. There is not much break time either. 24/7 is impossible if you participate full-time. You will suffer for the whole shift you have. It is a very toxic and stressful environment to be in whether you get paid or not.

 Unless you wish to have an unpleasant experience, DO NOT GIVE UP YOUR RIGHTS.

Upper management has no idea what’s going on.  Some of the people are great. But most will stab you in the back. Lots of promises made but never followed through with. If you don’t like to be trained in a job then this place is for you. Any mistakes just fall on your lap. Upper management is the real problem. Just watch your back.

Its a grate place, if you like being told you are worth nothing more that a trained zoo animal. The nest part about working at PDI is leaving , its was a job just to pay the bills.  If you are not part of the upper management click then you are an untrustworthy zoo animal

The company is kind of a ESL 

They usually hire students who need to finish their practicum, so it is kind of volunteer work. They can not be paid at least for 6 months.

The manager is Korean, so if you are Japanese, you have responsibilities about all Japanese market.

Delivered service on time and on budget.  Accepted several large scale commissions.

Prepare estimates for civil construction & infrastructure.

Most enjoyable part of job was completion of projects.

Secure another major project to keep occupied.

You can easily learn the job and all the people I work with, they make me like home with my family. This company provides benefit to all employee. Fair play when it comes to salary and very supportive management.

My work as a PDI. I''m the one who pullout and inspect the unit (car) to the stockyard of Hyundai Distributor. And deliver to our Showrooms located at Hyundai Sta. Rosa Laguna and Hyundai Dasmarinas Cavite.

where i work is not fun , you are under stress all the time at Minto . No support and exspected to get the job done even when no tools are provided . Not allowed to bring your own . I have 5 bosses and i am the only physical worker , so I run around for 5 people all day .

established roles for many people with not much room for advancement, but was still a worthwhile experience. Salary isn't great but the benefits are okay. Learned a lot.
