A typical day was extremely fast-paced in a busy, noisy office with constant interruptions, heavy workloads, and poorly designed workstations that were not comfortable or well suited for prolonged computer-based work. This environment made it difficult to focus and maintain consistent productivity. I learned to work independently under pressure, manage high volumes, and navigate unclear or frequently changing processes. Direct managers were stretched thin and often unable to provide proper onboarding or ongoing training, which led to process breakdowns and challenges for both office and warehouse staff. Support for internal systems was limited; employees working with newer programs often relied on minimal IT resources, resulting in long delays for assistance and occasional communication outside of regular work hours. Workplace culture felt disorganized, with ongoing concerns about how employee complaints, performance issues, and HR matters were handled, including a perceived lack of independence within leadership roles. Senior management frequently made commitments that were not followed through on, contributing to low trust and morale. The hardest part of the job was the sustained stress, lack of structure, long approval timelines, and limited support. The most enjoyable part was working with customers and improving struggling accounts through consistent effort, even though that work was rarely acknowledged. Overall, employee turnover appeared high across departments. Proceed with caution.

Favouritism runs rampant at this company.

One set of rules for some and one set of rules for others is the norm...there is a revolving door of staff. In the last 18 months they have gone through 20 dispatchers. In 7 months 2 CSRs quit (one previously employed who quit and came back for less than 6 months) and one was fired.
These are not large departments. Dispatch runs with 1-3 people and the CSRs (when fully staffed) are a department of 5.

People often quit and then come back and quit again.

They never had a proper HR department, and now that they do it's ridiculous. People are reprimanded for behaviour such as swearing but there is nothing done when drivers swear AT staff. There is nothing done about chronic absenteeism, lateness or general ineptitude.

Your success won't be based on your performance but rather how well you kiss butt and whose butt you choose to kiss. Pick the right butt and you can be there for a long time. Pick the wrong butt and you will be out on yours...

What is the best part of working at the company?
Easy work, easy going usually. Typically two loads of resin a day if you're local driver. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
One of the Dispatcher / Manager would constantly change his mind on what you're doing. I heard he doesn't work there anymore. Could be a better place now.

It was pretty much easy going. Just do your job, do what's asked of you. Assuming it was legal. Other than that it was pretty easy going. You could always talk to someone higher up and management if if you wanted to. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
10 to 12 hr days, typically deliver two loads of resin around southern Ontario.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Great management, great dispatch and great co workers.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Learning payroll. Complicated pay schedule but once you’ve learned it,  it’s easy.

Diverse culturally and great work environment.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
8- 12 hours, some longer but in general a regular day in trucking.

They constantly asked me to make it to Edmonton in one legal driving shift and then back in another. There is no way to this other then to speed, I told the dispatcher who blew it off and encouraged me. I was told to book myself off duty while unloading so that i could leave after my 8 hr liquid wax unload that I was responsible for. I was new and ambitious. Then when I found out they were required to pay overtime and weren't I filed a complaint against them and threatened to get a lawyer, they used that to fire me.

The customer I had was wonderful and we built a great relationship. But the job wasn’t good. They don’t care about their employees, the work environment is toxic. You don’t get reviews or raises. The top HR person is married to the owner and the departments don’t work together to solve issues. You dread going in everyday and are extremely under appreciated and underpaid.

The company focuses on ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction, which helps team members develop strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

A typical day at work involves unpaid office hours 5 days a week, treated as mandatory. Management prioritizes ‘volunteering’ over actual tasks. Learned to avoid these exploitative ‘volunteer’ roles. The hardest part is the forced prioritization of unpaid work, and there’s no enjoyable aspect to this experience.


Decent management and good people to work with. Always available for overtime and decently paid overtime's a weird thing there but it works. Lot of the guys in the back can get along with everybody and it's an easy company to get along with 8-Hour days to 10-hour days possibly if one delivery came before 3:00 p.m.

7 years of employment I have nothing positive to say about the place. Favoritism is absolutely rediculas. No organization. Lie and backstabbing is very common. Cheat you on your pay. Poor management.
