I will be forever grateful for the support, guidance and education I received at this organization. Truth be told, sometimes I regret leaving.

Everyone was nice to work with for the most part, with a great workplace culture with lots of team building. Management was approachable and understanding of personal matters, helped workload when asked, and did frequent check-ins. However, there was no hope of career advancement. Expressed interest for learning and development but never received support - management was good at not directly answering questions by having neutral responses. Lack of training and direction on first day, resulting in a very confusing transition into the workplace. Hopefully some improvements have happened since my time there. 

Lets start off on the positive note, the job work/life balance was excellent. Once you left work, you got to shut off.

The company bases nearly half of your earnings on commission (at least from my experience) and the attitude of leadership there is as a dictatorship. To be clear, there was smirking going on and inappropriate comments being made embarrassing people around the office. There was a lot of bull dozing as well.

My ex coworker from there stated the same thing. Most people that I worked with gradually left there. Just a horrible experience. 

PEO, change your leadership team. All of them.

I would come into work and fill out invoices and send them to all of the payroll clients. Then I would call new clients and inform them on their login accounts and answer any questions they may have regarding their benefits or coverage with payroll and healthcare.

This is a good place if you're looking to gain valuable experience, however there is very minimal opportunity for growth or advancement. It tends to only happen if someone leaves and they'll promote someone to that position. But otherwise, great place to work, great people to work with. 

Managers have no clue what they are doing. Become managers because they have been there the longest. The payroll team is treated unfairly, given too much to do while the leads don’t help. Management doesn’t check in to see whether there is a problem 

Super conservative culture with no opportunities for career advancement. You'll get good opportunities to touch a lot of industries and learn a lot, but it becomes repetitive after a while. Pay is stagnant. Good for a couple years max then out

Very controlling, not flexible, big brother kind of environment. The work was great but the leadership horrible. Discriminatory as well.

They have an overrated opinion of themselves.

Ok if you get some contracts coming in.....General labor mostly but the jobs are of different nature and this leads to finding interesting opportunities.

The overall leadership has to be improved. There is a lack of diversity, there are no accommodations with work hours, especially if you're a part-time student, and poor workplace culture
