I enjoyed the quality control and skid management in the warehouse atmosphere. It was inspecting car parts for defects and I really like to look things over and find small imperfections . Setting up for the days workload and dealing with the supervisors needs were right up my alley.

I learn how to inspect the parts and complete the work on time. the work was very simple it was just to inspect the car parts carefully with no mistakes. the parts come every 20 minutes so you have enough time to complete the previous work and sometimes the slot does not come with any parts which give extra free time to employs to chill and loved to work there.

my overall review of The PIC Group is that it has no room for growth for individual worker and no respect for the workers which does not stimulate productivity

This place lack a structure,  you will get a call for work at last minute then be sent through their contractors( Linamar most of time) or do inside's warehouse duties.  Not easy to know if you really have a job you can rely on.  You only work when called. Overall, a very confusing place to work.

PIC is famous company for third party inspection and audit work on its own warehouses or sometimes on customers premises. If you are working on customers premises then you are your own boss. you move from plant to plant with different projects and donot feel bored due to changing environment.

I have stated as a part-time as a Quality inspector and then promoted as a lead hand. Great place to work and ability to gain industrial experience with working with many Automobile suppliers and manufacturing sites.

No bonuses, no performance advancement. People who worked for 5 years will earn the same as new hires.

Advice to Management

Review monetary encouragement and effort rewards.

Get more factory work experience and very strong manual ability power. And this is a stable job, from 3pm - 11pm. The hard of the job is you must be accept the different  position very fast

PIC is a 3rd party quality service provider in the automotive sector. The environment is flexible and matches with other personal requirements. The team is supportive and professional.

We should go to deferent work place . At first they give us the procejures
about the job and what we should do. The works were in deferent products and cities. We had supervisor and they trained us if we need.
