I worked with Pillar at two different sites. The reason I didn't continue was the contract expired at the second site. Wasn't sure what was going on.
So I started applying to other Security Companies. Pillar's service was as good as any other company. Mobile would help within 10 minutes if you called. And management were friendly and approachable. Also the hours were always spot on.


According to my opinion, Pillar security is the worst company I have ever worked for in security industry. These people don't listen to their employees even if one worked there for more 21 months. They have Poor management and Scheduling system. All the decisions in this company are taken by only one person not collaboratively. I wish i had 0 star rating to give them. I would not recommend anybody to work there. 0/5.

They sent you all over the place even with no car. Its an okay way to make 12$hr and sit around but please make your emplyoees feel like  a human and let them grow. 

I worked in construction sites which was okay but I didnt always feel safe and neither did my co-workers. 

Easy place to find a job but no point.

This is my first experience in Security job and I found this company the best one to work with. The company is very professional and train very well. I hope I will work with this company for long-time and hope to get promoted to various positions in this company.

Poor management. Low pay. Employees are not looked after and not appreciated. People get fired if they are not inline with CEO as work has to be according to his style ONLY. When they lost a lot of clients, the President & CEO started firing people left and right. Don't recommend this company to anyone.

Never ever think of joining this firm & even if u, never budget your family expenses based on their salary. You might not get salary on time and chances are very high of getting fired for no good reason.

Operatonal managers are changed so often that you don't know who to contact for any formal complaint or for any other internal issue, the company also hiring all the time but can't provide enough hours for their security guards.

I love it! The management is willing to answer any questions that I have, and any concerns I had, they were willing to address everything. Its a really great work environment and i recommend anyone to apply

This company is very small. They take advantage of the employees working for the company. Head office run by kids pretty much.
Unprofessional Staff and underpaid guards.
Worst security company to hire.

Management Leaders have no respect for good talent ppl
