After coming to Canada, I was very tensed to search a job. Well, according to me not only for me but for everyone else, the most typical and enjoyable day is first day of the job. I have learnt several things from this job. MANAGEMENT, Customer Service, hospitality are some of them. We all were working in the team and as I love to work with different people, I whole heartedly enjoyed it a lot. If I talk about the hardest day, I remember that I was suffering from bad fever, but still I went to the job. That day I took off, but one of my team member didn't came. So, he called me up to come . Without regretting, I went to my job. I forgot my health there n gave my best. Though it was difficult, but I was proud on myself that I have learnt to fight with obstacles of life. For me every day of the job was enjoyable because my thinking says we learn something new .

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing we can say is best I just have to do it because I am new in Canada and don’t have any job.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Worst experience so much worker exploitation especially with girls. Never recommend for girls who are either on study or work permit.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They expect alot from you and also sometimes working for late nights is the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Come in and feel like your second family you talk to and also the customers love coming and seeing a happy face when i take their order, LEARNED to interact with customers with hesitation, co workers love seeing me and working with me, hardest part of the job i cant even say cause i can say i wanted to learn and teach everything to the next person i would train, and most fun part was and is always seeing smiles on customers faces

It was a good fun job that required a lot of multitasking.
i was taking customers as a cashier and also making pita sandwiches for the customers.
i used to start work at 9, the store opens at 11 i used to clean the restuarent first and the making all vegies ready and then cooking meat on the grill before the store opens and after 11 i used to take customers and handle cash both by myself.

Working there was always busy. Always cleaning serving and ordering. I learned great work ethic here.The Management is great. The hardest part of the job was when cultures would fast during the day and it would get busy right before close and the lines would be out the door and down the plaza. I enjoyed everything about working here. It was fun. I would go back if I lived there again.

becoming a franchisee with Pita Land Broaden my knowledge and experience in all aspects.
 I learned that i have to be patient,i learned the importance of communication with customer,learned some secret recepie,,management skills and schedule arrangement and financial details.

I am looking for a promising company that is suitable for realizing my potential. My typical working day is communication with people and the exchange of positive emotions. I wanna see strong management at our multicultural workplace. For me the most enjoyable part of the job is help to each other.

Working at Pita Land was an interesting experience because I worked in the kitchen doing prep work but the management was sort of poor and the manager was barely there and got a coworker to do the scheduling and handling calling in sick. Other than that the workers and environment were great.

They were the best employers but fell short on certain things. They were very good to employees but would pay after pay day and be very slow to respond to important texts and emails. They were probably the best employers I have had ever.
