A typical day at work involves making $8 an hour untaxed (their ads claim that wages are based on experience - they aren't. $8 with no chance of a raise.) while driving, doing prep work and dishes, if you're a driver. Shifts range from 4 to 10 hours, with no idea of how long the shift will be unless you're the closer, in which case you can assume that it'll only be an hour later than closing time at the most. If you're working in the front, your shifts will be 2 to 3 hours of cashiering or making pizzas and, since you'll be a woman, you'll receive regular harassment from the owners.
The job itself isn't bad. It's easy work for the most part, nothing that you couldn't do without a public school education. Some of them don't have that. The hardest part would probably be putting up with the fact that you can't take a day off without risking being fired. 
The most enjoyable aspect is definitely the amount of stuff that you can get away with. The bosses regularly smoke cigarettes and drink beer and vodka in the kitchen. One of them hides his beer in a coffee cup so that he can drink while customers are nearby. Dropping food is never an issue, as you can feel free to pick it up from the floor or even out of a garbage can so long as no customers see you.
All in all, the only reason to work here is if you've somehow alienated every other business in the area.

At work my main tasks were to cash out customers, prepare bills and to clean the workstation. Occasionally I would help my team members with other things such as food prep and organizing their stations. Working at Pizzaville is very fast paced during the busy times such as lunch, and dinner. I have learned how to productively work during these hours, and make my customers happy. My co- workers and I have always worked as a team to help each other out when needed, but we were  independent workers overall. The hardest part of the job is making sure that the customers are satisfied fully. During the busy hours, it is stressful to make the customers happy because there is a longer wait, and they get frustrated. The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing all the customers happy, and being able to satisfy them.

My time at Pizzaville was incredibly enjoyable. My manager was very patient, kind and wasn't afraid to pick up slack if the store was busy. I enjoyed my coworkers, though many were older than myself, and the age gap was a bit awkward. I enjoyed the calmness of the job, it wasn't very stressful excepting a few hours in the evening. The only time the job was truly difficult was on Friday or Saturday nights due to the rush. My only qualm about the place would be the lack of room for improvement of position, but given the nature of the shop, and the fact that it is mostly run by one family (I was an exception), this is understandable. Overall, I loved the place and it was a great first job experience.

Within a small working community, I thoroughly enjoyed developing friendships with my coworkers and looked forward to attending my job each assigned shift. I learned to manage my time efficiently, which is something I struggled with as a high school student. Managers were extremely understanding and accommodating in regards to my hearing loss, placing me to assigned tasks which limited my need to improvise dialogue communication with potential customers. The long hours were tedious but manageable, and the friendships created within such a welcoming environment made them that much more enjoyable.

Team work customer service and solving problems together as team and the best crew members are to work with

I have not find any difficulty as efficiently you work everything makes easier for you .!!

A team work makes all things possible and happens stress free

None of the day but Friday is most busiest day and mostly all staff works Fridays

The place was an okay environment overall. My manager and boss were very unprofessional with their job and failed to train me properly which resulted in a few issues. The computer system for me to input customer's orders was very unorganized and confusing. My bosses also did not want to go through the hassle of writing me checks so I was paid under the table and resulted in $7 and hour, 6 hours per week.

I have been working at Pizzaville since May 2018. Ever since I worked at Pizzaville, I became an optimistic and energetic person. Despite the fact that my boss is strict, yells, and says mean things, I treat him as my military school teacher. I learnt culinary skills like preparing meat and vegetables and how to keep the kitchen clean and organized. Hopefully I will get an official job and pay for my college tuition and living expenses.

How would you say… Slave labour. They pay you $8 an hour. Then they say while you make up for in tips. It’s straight illegal.

Took this job because was almost impossible to find anything full-time just use it as a steppingstone to the next job. A lot of their employees were stuck there for years getting paid eight dollars an hour.

Tried to report this to the labour Ford unfortunately fell on deaf ears even know they had multiple reports of this exact same thing

I worked as a Cashier and prep cooked. The environment was extremely fast-paced. Consisted of effective communication and organizational skills. Multitasking was a every shift must as I would be taking orders, payments while helping prep food. End of the shift we cleaned, refilled and organized for the next shift. Loved working alongside a productive, positive crew in an amazing environment
