I worked for this company for 2 weeks they just set you up to fail .There is absolutely no training just put you on site with no training how there company operates there contact list is a spread of trades for you figure out.The interview was all about how China is how they get all there supply cheap no loyalty whatsoever.If you go work for this company good luck And another thing you have to use your own personal phone because it might save them a couple dollars 

PK Developments is an extremely loyal and fair company, our ownership worked tirelessly through the pandemic to ensure our company continued to grow and kept all our staff employed. Majority of our employees have been here for 5+ years and have all started in lower level roles and have been trained, promoted and advanced internally. If you work hard and show investment in PK you will receive it back x100. 

Do the work of 4 people in a third of the time,  15+ years experience but only get payed for a first year apprentice or grunt. No appreciation for the hard work put in by their workers. They expect the work of a crew of people to be done by one man and even though I did that and beyond my wage never reflected it. Lots of promises that were never kept.  

-depressing work culture. Sky high turnover and laughably low wages.
-strongly "encouraged" to start work 30 min early (unpaid, to be a "team player") and "encouraged" to skip breaks and lunch.
-numerous workers who couldn't speak english or french.
-constant pressure to hurry up at the expense of quality workmanship.

Great place to work for "hungry", motivated individuals who are willing to work hard. You'll get opportunities for growth here that are hard to come by. Multiple staff within the organization started at the bottom and are now in key management roles.

Fast paced environment.
Upper management challenges, but is very open to training and helping the staff grow in there positions.
The team work is very important to everyone and they care about helping each other.

PK is a great place to work, very supportive team, tons of growth over the last few years and still rapidly growing now.  Lots of room for advancement, fast paced work environment.

Overall a great company to work for with a great team!

Typical day would consist of running a labour crew, operation of heavy equipment and general carpentry and construction related tasks. Work with the onsite safety to ensure all safety requirements are met.

The owner if the company thinks yelling in your face and threatening you is the way to run a company . Very bad turn around rate . People are constantly quitting.  Poor planning and the ordering of materials is pain staking

PK has high expectations for their managers, but got paid well for the work.  Culture was less corporate (which I like), more small business feel even though we did a lot of large projects.
