PK's workplace culture/environment is unlike anything I've experienced. Feels like you're working with your friends or family. There are regularly occurring company events which foster your workplace relationships. The actual work can be challenging (I personally enjoy this) but its extremely rewarding getting to develop the next-generation of loudspeaker technology. During our busiest times of the year everyone pulls together to ensure we achieve our goals. We work hard and play hard.

Family type office environment. Everyone is very friendly and personable. Workplace culture is like no other. Working in the music and entertainment industry is never boring. 
Job is very challenging. Creating new technology, then marketing it and creating demand for these ideas, is a lot of fun. Then seeing your work and products in action, watching your creations breathe. It's a very rewarding experience. 
The most enjoyable part of my job is traveling the world, showcasing the amazing sound system and meeting many amazing people in the industry.  I am so glad I chose this career path or happy it chose me.

Not balanced, inexperienced management,  below competitive pay and definitely not for newbies.

Careful of this company sound techs. Full of inequalities especially regarding equal pay for equal work.   If they can't give a company vehicle sign a separate contract for mileage pay and guaranteed breaks or you will never get one.  Experience is absolutely necessary to negotiating better rates.  

Aside from management and execs the employees are awesome people. However, the lack of knowledge, experience and education of key decision makers is stifles this company in terms of fiscal growth and product quality. Egotistical CEO, inappropriate, dishonest and defamatory discourse, poor communication, and uneducated stakeholders hurt the corporate culture are detrimental to the success of this company.

Rarely do you find an environment like this. Real people run this company so it may not be perfect but they genuinely care about being the best. I joined three years ago in an executive role, and I couldn't imagine doing another job. The founders and management team are amongst the most passionate and dedicated to their staff I've ever seen.

PK sound is a one of a kind workplace. We put in a lot of hard work but seeing the end results always makes it worthwhile. Everyone who works there shares a mutual appreciation for the audio industry and being able to be a part of it is very rewarding.
