Worked with this outfit for the summer,scotford,plains. Super and foreman were excellent,bit of a low start on wage but moved up accordingly.they we’re willing to give you the chance to succeed.worked with good people!!!!! As far as safety goes right on par!!!! if you stick to the rules of a live plant site or anywhere and do what is asked of you you will be fine.Hr lady was very good.some people say management is disorganized but I disagree,thing happens for a reason and sometimes a wrench gets thrown ito the works and sometimes info does not get relayed immediately but does eventually. Had a great time working there I wish I could go back! Learned lots even though I have  years of experience in the Industry.

Over all good place to work for the most part I've worked with some really kool people, and the times that we did get a "not so nice " person they were removed or transferred to another site. the culture on site was for the most part always positive something you don't always see, I would say the most enjoyable part was to get the opportunity to learn on new equipment, Hardest part of the job Working hard to get a pay grade increase only to lose it on another site a little bit discouraging.Management and foreman for the most part were approachable and willing to help

Fair pay but low chance of advancement! You might be lucky all depending where you work for them and which foreman you work for!
Some are awesome crew mates but you can also find yourself in a group with bad communication and lack of knowledge. The greatest thing about working here is all of the overtime hours they give you and a weekly pay check but the company isn't well organized as the management is very poor. Though if your all about the money and can deal with nonsense then all luck to you!

I was with PME last year at night shift! After military in Ukraine and farming in Canada was happy to get experience in construction with them!
Great people! Lots new to learn! 
Nice equipment! Safety first! Hard team work! Fun! Still in touch with people after project! Because of PME become interesting in heavy equipment! Just got my class 1! Will looking forward to get back to work with them! 
 Will highly recommend PME! 💪

Some good crews to work with, long hours so if your in it for the overtime it’s good. Very poorly managed, no communication at all with upper management but the guys on the site were the ones who got there jobs threatened when the job wasn’t meeting the production schedule. 

pme is a good company if there is work....if your good youll stay on BUT...once the work slows down be prepared to get let go at a moments notice....and be replace by a lower paid employee...there is no respect in regards to seniority or time into the job....but if you are a full fledged complainer your golden here.....

Previously worked there. If safety interferes with production and the project management can get away with short cuts, it will.\if you speak out against \management for not enforcing safety you will be terminated. 

always working, during the winter never really had any problems with the management, they where pretty understanding, with time off, although the pay was not the greatest.

Worked here for two years. Foreman’s and below are great to work with but GF and above aren’t. It’s all who you know not what you know with them. Hiring lady (who is also HR?)  is disorganized and kind of rude.

They don't care about there people, long hours ,6 days a week. Management was mostly there to kill any kind of moral. A couple good Forman on the job but they quit before to long.
