Company seems well respected in the Ottawa area construction industry.

Set up our JHA for the day and attended morning meeting , foreman would direct work tasked and site issues for the day. Continue on to your work location and begin setting up for work performing work task following all JHS listed and site specific safety regulations.

Although this position was full-time, I quickly learned that it was weather permitting.  This was very difficult for me as I was living on my own and unable to get steady income.

Feel like just a number to the big boss. Has trouble building relationships with guys on the job sites. The crews are good and most of the foreman are good too, but the big boss is just a dolt

Routine Job, easy days no stress. Can be very boring for people who want more to do at work. Training provided good people and clients to work for. Lots of different opportunities.

Good opportunities for summer employment especially for students.  Company provides training for inexperienced candidates looking to gain experience.  Overall a good opportunity for learning and hours.

PML was a good place to work office staff was also nice people paul was a cheap  tho wants you to work to help line his pockets while his imployes receive not much compensation for the projects completed

Management dominated, front line workers are scum in their view, they had a guy in Management nicknamed the hacketman, don't waste your time, there are much better employers out there!

Just started in calgary out of B.C. , having a hard time finding the right employees to run the company efficiently ,will probably end up
being a company to contend with in the future.

Was a great place to work. People are friendly enough and I had a great time. Good management. Good pay. Good hours. Good opportunity for progression.
