PNP has grown a lot and it is apparent that PNP is still growing, with lots of opportunities ahead. With this growth, I can see that management is continuously working to make PNP an even better place to work at. We have standards and procedures for how things are done, however, nothing is set in stone. What I mean is that we are always looking for ways to improve so if there's a better way of doing something, management is open to trying it out. 

During my time at PNP, I've provided numerous opinions and suggestions and I really like the fact that management is open and receptive to listening to them. Though not everything I suggest gets rolled out but knowing that the management team is open to listening is really nice. We do have an organization structure but it feels relatively flat. Management is always ready to roll up their sleeves, all hands on deck and get things done when needed.

In my role, there is no typical day at work. Every day is different. My department is super collaborative and fun and I really enjoy working with them. There's so much stuff I would like to do with PNP and I can't wait to see them happen. I am really looking forward to grow and further engage the PNP family!

Some of the most hardworking and decent people work in production department.
Human Resources is responsive and attentive about your concerns.
BUT, be AWARE that Dispensig/ Blending job is:
lifting approximately 3000 KGs of materials in each day
while you work in an extremely dusty environment
while you go extra mile by cleaning the production areas and bring the materials to warehouse and ensuring about the quality
all for MINIMUM wage.

Blending:  a heavy lifting job of 3000 KGs a day
Dispensing: lifting, weighing and mixing high amounts of concentrate powders and chemicals.

Corporate pays minimum wage for these hardworking people while treats the office workers differently with much higher pay and benefits.

There are also some Quality Assurance and production supervisors that do not even lift a single back and walk around only checking if the hardworking people are doing their extreme tasks.

Again nearly all the people in Blending/Dispensing are some of the most decent people from the shift leads who teaches you to your colleagues but corporate is literally exploiting the people -for their profit margin.

There are so many things I can list here about this job. Almost all the co workers there are rude, obnoxious, not friendly etc. The manager, supervisors, hr are the same. No leadership at all and just don't care about you at all. They didn't like me at all because of my race. If you are Filipino, they would treat you as a family but different race, different answer. The HR wouldn't say anything at all because they don't want to get involved. HR just simply says "Don't like it, don't work here." Im glad I QUIT without giving them any notice. About 1 week later, the HR email and call me and ask why I left and is there anything the HR, manager can change. Big joke 

This company is lost , zero time for training, setup new machines and they don’t even go over the basic functions. You have to guess or try and call someone hoping they may know how to get started.  Management doesn’t want to know the real issues , just get equipment going asap . Zero tracking of spare machine parts or parts that have been replaced on machines, no record kept whatsoever .  Co workers mumble & don’t share knowledge or don’t talk at all .  This place is abysmal, stay away ! 

The people are great to work with. Environment is very diverse but they do not compensate below industry standard, they will not even pay you properly even when you have a strong experience. They do not take care of their employees and only provide health benefits 50% premiums and 50% of cost. It's amazing how many people stayed for so long. The positive comments that was put up here is very biased. The facility looks corporate but processes are broken and very manual.

Most of the co workers there are nice. However, they're some rude and would put you down. Try to avoid talking to them. Since they ask bunch of ridiculous question. Ex. Where you live? How old are you? Are you married? etc. Bunch of private questions and shouldn't ask someone. The posting on this job sounds interesting and good. But, don't that them fool you. Bunch of mislabel of the job info and the work there isn't good.

Everything you have to constantly deal with back stabbers

Very toxic and wouldn’t recommend unless your desperate

The management is after income and getting more business without enabling and supporting employees to do their jobs better. They constantly cut costs by laying off receptionists and assigning receptionist duties to departments which are not related to reception.

My time at PNP Pharmaceuticals was short and I'm glad I left there as the work place is toxic. Co workers are definitely worst. Asked lots of private questions like, "Are you married yet, How many wives you have."  
Don't bother any positions here as you will be miserable everyday. 

PNP has an amazing team and a refreshingly positive company culture. Management has a good understanding of what I need to perform my job to the best of my ability and I feel well supported. I am continuously challenged, in the best way, and my opinions are valued.
