What is the best part of working at the company?
Great benefits, including a 25% store discount. Colleagues are friendly, for the most part, and the higher-ups are approachable and willing to listen.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Depends on the role. I'm sure most people would say the fast pace of the production line. For me, it was the unclear nature of the role I was pushed into. It took a year to get a job description, and nobody knew what I was supposed to be doing at any given time, yet would be upset if I wasn't doing it.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environments tend to be loud, but the office I worked in was nice. Busy, but nice.
The culture is one of openness and productivity. Hard work is rewarded, managers listen to workers, and poor behaviour is not tolerated.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I am typically at my desk for 75% of my day, working on spreadsheets and data entry. Sometimes I go around the site for inspections, sometimes I go to other locations for the same.

What is the best part of working at the company?
They truly care about their employees that show up and do their jobs. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Honestly I can’t think of one. Other than picking up the slack when someone doesn’t show up for their shift. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They are a very team oriented company.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I would do my pre-trip inspection. I’ll make sure that my load was secure. Head out to my deliveries back to the warehouse unload and clean up the truck submit my paperwork and head home.

If you are working by yourself and it gets busy

well maintained on daily basis 
Easy to get along with everyone 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Put stock out
Clean fresh counter with trays
Temperature checks
Cut steaks if needed

Not enough training for the job, poor pay, expendable, trucks dangerously broken all the time but still expected to drive them,no explanation for letting people go. Just one day you're working and the next day they let you go. SUPRISE!!!!. 

I picked and delivered orders to customers.  Management was helpful and knowledgeable. The hardest part of the job was finding new locations to deliver when a new order was placed. I enjoyed the relationships between the staff members.

Hourly wage low, long hours, many times loads are missing items or have other loads items in back PPE is provided and you are responsible for load weights without ability to know actual weights from documents you can estimate your load weight

What is the best part of working at the company?
This is a very family oriented company. They treat you like a person not a number. Love it here. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Traffic and road closure other than that no worries.

Good place to work always something to do decent pay good bosses good benefits  room to advance with random staff bonus such as staff meat packs good equipment and happy connecting workers

Fast paced work most of the time. Most of the people are friendly. Salary and benefits are not that good. Limited opportunity for career advancement..

Good management due to nice supervisors. A developing company allocates most of resources upon expansion. You can have a good time at the working hour , but you still need to grocery shopping at the end of every day
