A typical day at work would be to coordinate, and work as a team to have the end result of shipping product out the door. 

The work culture is one of business and daily strategies to better improve our efficiencies and stream line  the process so we work smarter and not disorganized. 

The hardest part of the job was leaving it. The best part of the job was the day to day dealings with internal and external customers.  Reaching our targeted goals of quality products and on time deliveries.

Avoid like the plague! They never show you what to do properly to start with only to end up being told to leave because of your=their bad workmanship. Expect and accept to be treated with utter disrespect and don't open your mouth about it, coz if you do, they'll throw you out immediately! Wages near minimum for all workers.

Pay not good...management is really bad

Really bad .please stay away from this place

Wish I could give a 0 star. 
The management does not know the direction in which they are going and actually want to go.
The supervisors are like spineless puppets that are a class of their own. 
Not to deny the fact that they are racist too.

Management only cares about company profit. Workplace culture is to push parts out and that's it. There are amazing ppl that work there but most management doesn't care about employees. HR is NOT a people person and very Condescending. Women have a hard time moving up.

 4 X10 afternoons  loved working  here  but had to leave do  to my family life and no chance of upcoming dayshift positions

You never really knew what you would be doing or in what department.  Accurate scheduling seems to be hit and miss.  Due to the Corona Virus all auto production in our facility has stopped and created a very stressful work environment.

fast paced with lots of different types of machines ex. Presses, sanders, automated sorting machines. Must be very proficient in quality control. They take safety very serious

This company does'nt care for their employees. You are just another number. No investment or advancement for employees No seniority recognized by management.

The company is very fair, if you can show your improvements on paper they will give you the funds to produce. Poor acknowledgement for improvements made and money saved/made.
