Getting to go home at night. Developing comradery with other employees.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Never having a schedule and the owners always adding jobs on at the end of a day .

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everybody hates the office staff and the senior employees are stuck in there ways.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You never know as you are only given a schedule day to day.

Daily work as a labourer for the company has its perks, but most of the time you wont know if you work the next day or not as its a call in basis at the end of the day, not only that, make sure they keep thier promise of your stated wage at the beginning. But the workers are great people to work with and kind, unfortunatly half of them get screwed by management.

good salery co workers could be improved other then that i had a great time working there i have learned the ins and outs on the moving industry and it has become a great asset in my person and working life

No benefits, don't know if u work untill 8 hrs before hand.  Disorganised. Dispatch is horrible. No over time pay, but lots of overtime hrs. No raises. Loved my co workers.

I worked for this company a few years ago and I had the pleasure of meeting new and interesting people, the work was hard but no job was ever the same, which made the job enjoyable.

everyone works by rules.
mangement was great had no issues.
realtime work goals and expectations
no pressure by supervisors.
proper equipment and hardware got complete the jobs as per requirement.

My boss was great and treated me great 👍 loved working there ‘ paid for our food ‘ got paid for traveling time ‘ treated me with respect ✊ had good times working with him

worked monday too friday and helped with the packing and moving of furniture. drove a cub van and long haul truck. drove all over regina and some times too white city.

Your moving crew is the core of your work day. Happy friends makes for an easier day. If you don't mind labour jobs and working in the sun about 50% of the time, this is a great job

- merchandise delivery company, home delivery contracts for IKEA, and Structube. 
- not much to mention here, it's hard work!
- a younger person's job!
