Fabulous position with many shifts to fit different lifestyles...full benefits..pension and unionized so good support.  High paced..alot of walking, standing, bending, persons of all illnesses being taken care of. Must have great personality to deal with sick individuals. Coworkers make this position fun and really work together as a team

I love being a nurse but not at PRHC. I've worked very short staffed and for some reason scheduling can't seem to staff the hospital properly. Nurses are constantly being redeployed to departments they have never worked or received orientation on. I feel this is very unsafe to the patients we are providing care for.

The place is an excellent place to work, Management are very friendly . The culture and the benefits are so great. You get employee to choose any books . Lots of book to read . The intern also get the wellness program 

It’s physically demanding and it takes a while to Learn and get the hang of everything but once you do you can take real pride  in your work and make peoples lives better 

Throughout my placement at PRHC, I was introduced to many great and helpful workers, from doctors, nurses, lab techs, to ward clerks. My experience there was a positive one and I look forward to working there again in the future

Great place to work, staff and management are very friendly and up beat. I find my work/ life balance is hard, and its a lot of evening and weekend. PRHC is a great place to work if you can handle working mostly evening and weekends..

when I talked about going back to school and possible volunteer position change my calls were ignored and avoided so ultimately I ended up not being very pleased with my experience as a volunteer here.

Working for PRHC is fantastic, it is fast paced, active and can be very heart warming sometimes. Patients and co-workers can make or break the day but the job stays the same!

Extremely supportive staff and management! Very positive work environment so far 👏 
The departments work as a team to prioritize the patients comfort. Very happy to be a part of this community 

Wage. Not too bad. There for 18 years. Lots of good people . Gained a lot of experience working in that environment . Learned cleaning practices.  Waste collection.  In a highly contagious environment.
