This is a place that forces employees to take 10 minute breaks instead of 15.

This is a place that refuses to give staff a proper Christmas party by having Swiss chalet on a work day, so the management can go somewhere nice. 

This is a place where family comes first. The manager is the HACCP coordinators mother in common law and let’s her run the show to keep the peace at home. They live together.

This is a place where they will not give you your last 15 minute break of the day at 230pm if they think you’ll be done before 4pm.

This is a place that will still clock you out for your lunch break even if you didn’t take one. 

This is a workplace not meant for good people. There are employees there for 5 years still making 11.50. You will not advance ever. You will get vacation and benefits after 365 days. You will only get health coverage.

Beware working under the mental abuse of pride pak.

Customers are great to work for.  Not enough work, boss is always looking for extra work for you.  They show no respect for you and others.  Their priorities are all in the wrong, blame things that you didn't even do.  If you have low income living then this is the place. Never get to have lunch without being disturbed, or you have to leave the premises to be able to have a lunch.  Only good part of the job is making the deliveries to customers, and having good communication with them.  The cow farm is the place to be, its out of the city and quiet.  They have a supervisor that sexually harasses women, and is a liar.

Good workplace where I was given opportunities to advance and learn useful skills.
Good schedule that allowed good work/life balance, although somewhat inconvenient not knowing what time the work day will end.
Management is good and willing to accommodate employees.

This place has no management skills, respect or value their employees at all. Very big turnover in staff, especially the cleaning staff. Just a number and they remind you of that. The SQF practitioner has no qualifications or certification, she’s very rude and aggressive. 

The co-workers were very quiet and had cliques, so newly employed workers were ostracised. The conditions of the factory were cold and wet, and people were often ill because of it.
Management was all over the place, and gave each person far too many duties.

always happy place to work i learn how enjoy vegetables working hard always pay back great place to grow. The hardest part of job when customer cancelled orders,the most enjoyable part of job was when all the orders was successful completed.

They have Old and poorly maintained equipment, very poor communication from management and overall the worst company to drive for I have found. They ask you to do extra work to help out and if you say yes once they just assume you will always do it.

Very low skilledworkforce with minimal or no english are hired as temp production workers ,huge challenge to get things moving on the production floor

good place to work and staff is also very nice and treated me as a family.lots of overtime availabe and is very busy during summers.everyday new things to learn and they believe in hygiene and productivity.
