well when i get to the cite all work gear must be on and you have to be ready to go right away, your team leader or work boss meets you and takes you to where you will be working. Then he tells you when your breaks are and how long they will be then he tells you what you are going to be doing for the day.after that your basicly doing that for 8 hrs until home time then you will go back to the office and get paid for how many hours you did and what you got from your work slip like food charged or new gloves and safety glasses and the rides to and from work all come off your pay at the end of the day.

Being at your office by 4:00 AM isn't for everyone, but if you're a dedicated hard working person looking for an honest living, then Prime Staffing is for you. This really is a place where you can be sent anywhere in the city of Edmonton. I've been to hundreds of locations and gained some extremely valuable work experience via that process.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Do not work here unless you want to be berated and possibly not get paid because they 'ran out of money'. They give you poopy jobs for poopy pay and then treat you like your garbage. Be warned 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything. Pay. Work involved. Management. Everything 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Garbage work for garbage pay.

It's a rapid turn-over rate temp agency that will hire anyone with a pulse and has all four limbs intact and can lift weight. They don't care much about previous experience or your performance beyond getting the job done and not screwing it up. You only work here if you need money badly and don't really have any other options.

Sure you get paid on a daily bassis but theres a price to pay.  Most of the jobs are physically demanding  and not your typical heavy lifting im talking about heavy lifting multiplied by excessive bending and being treated as a minority. But hey it pays the bills. and puts that colorfull money in my pocket.

There was never a forsure chance of work. There would be mornings that I would be there first and still get no work. The staff had a big chip on their shoulders and mostly would turn a cold one on a person. This company does not meet my expectations due to lack of communication and information from the start when a job becomes available.

Well It was ok at first now I barely get any work unless I make a complaint and that isnt fair I wanted to possibly find full or part time work permanently but I have been with them for almost a year and I still have no permanent  job and honestly I wouldnt recommend prime to anyone at all

I enjoyed the experience working various jobs.. just needed full time work. Worked with very many different people...

Been with prime off and on  for 15 + years always kept me busy during the slow season.
Plenty of job experience.
Get to learn new skills is a bonus no regrets working with the company. Never had any bad experiences.

Great working environment the staff are the best always friendly and warm  I get slot of my work from the same agency have for years I recommend it as well if u are looking to call or come in they make u feel like family
