PROGRESSIVE MOULDED PRODUCTS LTD

I started to work as a machine operator. I was responsible to build car's outlet. Then later I had a chance to work as office clerk. It was so much fun to work there because I was the only woman in the tool room. All my co-workers and my boss treated me very good. When I came back to PMP's 9010 building I was very enjoy to build prototype outlets. Even though it was very painful to build those outlets by hands but I was very proud when it's done and the engineers can use the outlet I built for testing. Then later on, I had a chance to work as production clerk. I and my colleagues were getting along very good. We used to have meeting once a week and have pizza right after the meeting.

Work with the Robotic sytem at a speed of 23 sec / cycle and learnt the technology was 2 flips of a coin.
The management was so effective to compromise to the production schedule.
Our co-workers work as a team to set all the operation at timely manner.
The hardest part of the job was to have a strong smell of print with the solvent paint .

The most enjoyable part of the job was to have more time to study fo r upgrading our knowledge

The first 8 years, I was a welder cupholder for GM car. We always worked as a team with 3 people and I get along well with them. The last 2 years I was GP12(checking the finished and good part put into the bin). The most enjoyable part of the job was when we done the target of the day.

long hours and very lean finance group.  Management team was cut throat and yelled first and asked questions later.  Vendors were always begging for money and putting us on credit hold.  Best part was the team I worked with at the plant level.

This was my first full time job and it was a great place to work.  Made good friends, enjoyed working with my co-workers, and it was a small team.  I liked the fact it was a casual environment.  The downside was that the company went bankrupt.

Again I cannot speak ill of this company due to the fact that it is not in my nature to speak badly of any company I have worked for in my past. Please allow me to keep my thoughts to myself.

I liked to work in this company and I learned to manage the assembling line in the role of lead Hand.The coworkers were very supportive and helpful

Pmp was run by a bunch of buffoons who brought in jobs nobody else would do and tried to make them to work with junk and regularly broke contracts and commitments with customers just to keep a machine running

They are hardworking, and they care about our safety. It is very hardworking at that job, and people are careful and caring of others. That job was very fun.
