Everytime you have to borrow something, they are asking you a specific reason of why you're borrowing it. All my formations were given by a security inspector. Every employee are well formed and they know what they're doing. Each time I was asking question, people were able to asnwered me precisely to my question to be sure that I'm doing the right thing.

This company is good for new comers who are students, to gain some experience temporarily and not long term. You can't grow within the company, no opportunities and really negative environment. 

Poor management, lazy people specially the dayshift supervisor.
Incompetent team leaders. 
Low wage. 
Overworked.
Stressful.
Useless benefit.
Expect you to work all around.

to promag the day started calmly and without pecipitation. the job was well organized. the hardest part of the job was to get there because my house was far away. but the easiest one was the job.

Just a good place to start your career. No pressure. But if you are looking for a career growth don't go to this place. Micromanagement is another issue. Business owner interfers your duties roo much

Decent atmosphere, overall, although a lot of turnover in several departments and positions. Little opportunity for advancement within the company, though.

The job is quite boring it self , doesnt help that it smells kinda bad because of the cartboard , very noisy but good people are there , low mangement

Its on Okay place to work, they work with paper and cardboard and you have to make different models of it but need to be very careful eith the glue gun.
