What is the best part of working at the company?
Lots of work .to be gotten .Not so compliant when it comes to one’s steady workplace I don’t like to part of four hours in one spot then going back for an afternoon shift with the price of gas and cost of living these days. It’s not good to have split shifts. I was OK with working with Homecare and PROVINCIAL, true other obligations in family I could not do weekends that is the only reason pretty much why I haven’t been working with PROVINCIAL in the last while 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
 To split shifts for hours in the morning for in the evening, and when one worker cannot do a weekend to cut back your hours

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s ok but certain things need to change 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
While you’re working at a job for that day, I find another worker from PROVINCIAL will call you and ask you to go into work with this person for that same hours at the same time you’re working already or soon as you get off of work for the day they’re calling you to go to three and four hours with somebody else in the evening not very compliant to the employee

My co workers ( not all of them ) 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
You have no value by the employer , they pay very little , no benefits and no appreciation for the work you do 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Extremely toxic , its a hush hush environment , bullying is accepted by management and the bully is never  dealt with , the victim of the bullying leaves

Frustration and dealing with toxic work environment

Great communication easy to contact when there's a problem

Not stressful at all  very easy to work for

Stress-free and very comfortable

Clock in and clock out and do appointed duties.

The hours are good, if you can get a full time position. You can work nights, overnights. Very flexible. You can work part time, full time, do respite work. Great management, friendly administration team.  I have work in homecare for a few years left and returned with provincial.

There isn’t a place. The administration is unfair and uneducated about this work environment

Management,administrative staff and clients

Loves what I do for others . Love caring and helping other individuals who needs alittle help . Cooking and cleaning and taking care of individuals. Loves what I do ..

Clients are amazing, company not so much

Upper management as they have no compassion for their workers 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Being nagged on days off to work

I asked for 2 weeks off for personal reasons, I called them on the phone and sent them 2 emails and I was ignored by all three. They don’t really seem to care about work/life balance. Whenever I have a medical appointment they always tell me how inconvenient it is for them. 

Very enjoyable meeting new people around the area and getting to know their lives. Clients are more respectable then the office workers. I do not enjoy being employed by these people, but i love my clients.Change of office workers would be good.

Not a very good company! Treat there employees poorly! Mangers are disrespectful along with the others in the office!! The company is a very disrespectful place!
