PUBLIC MOBILE

I opened the store, cleaned whatever was left behind from the previous night, organized my computer and desk area, and then would have my breakfast before customers would come in. At first I worked with one other employee, then after a couple of months I was working alone in the store at two different locations during the week and weekend. I worked 37-44 hours a week.  

During the shift, I was selling phones and plans to both English and French customers, checking inventory when needed and completing deposits when needed.  At the end of the shift, I closed the store, cleaned the store, completed the spread sheets, counted the cash and made the deposit at the end of each shift. 

The staff was very supportive to one another. Always looking to help each other when needed. The work place environment was always kept clean and it was pleasant to work there. 

As public mobile was a company for the general public and didn't require a contract, we had low-income clients. The hardest part of the job was when a client couldn't afford to pay their monthly payment. I would call contact customer service with them and do what I could to help them within my professional limits. Also, I had to deal and manage clients who has tempers when they did not receive what they wanted with customer service.  

The most enjoyable part was when I knew I gave the customer a good service, suited for their needs. When they walk away with a smile, I can not ask for more then that.

Working in office or from home i was able to perform my duties independently or in a team to achieve the company goals. This included correspondence with customers by email and performing account modifications such as credit applications, account maintenance, customer escalations and network related duties. Some network related duties were difficult to complete, however with teamwork, determination and practice the challenges became a part of life and goals were achieved.
The managers at Public Mobile are extremely detail oriented and hard-working. My colleagues and I worked together in a spirited atmosphere to achieve and surpass our common goals by keeping an open line of communication.  
Working from home was the most enjoyable because it allowed the option to cover for a team member on call and I quickly learned how to follow instruction and work independently.  Taking initiative is a long standing skill that I was able to refine.

A typical day at Public Mobile consisted of opening the store and counting the cash, counting the stock and making sure everything was as it should be. The rest of the day was helping future costumers decide what plans and phones were most suitable for them. Creating new accounts and dealing with any questions, payments or returns. At the end of the day I was expected to once again check the stock and take note of everything, count the cash and clean around if I had time. 

   I learnt a lot working at public mobile. From how to interact with customers better for sales to learning how to create a phone account. I also learnt a lot about opening and closing stores. I had very few co-workers but we worked well. The hardest part of working at public mobile would have to be dealing with angry unsatisfied costumers but still with the right attitude it was alright. Overall it was a pleasant experience to work at Public Mobile.

Working full time for Public Mobile means you won't have time for anything else in your life. 40 hours a week is a lot of time. If you love meeting new people and making your interpersonal skills grow , this is the right company because their customer service is the best. you get commission for the phones you sell so it always make you happier when you can sell 2 or 3 phones a day. The only difference with other companies is that in public mobile you do customer service too. That means half sales and half customer service with sometimes could be hard.
My hardest part in the job was when I had to take care of two sales and at the same time troubleshoot a customer on why their phones doesn't work plus dealing with a glitch in the system. all of this needed to be done ASAP because the customers were in a hurry. They are not always nice to you either.
Multitasking in this job is a key.

I had my own work area in which I would be able to focus on my tasks of scanning, inputting, and filing newly received invoices. I began at Public Mobile young and inexperienced, and was emerged into a business environment which was unfamiliar to me. My co-workers were very friendly and accepting of me, easing my transition into my first part-time job. I learned many organization and time management skills by completing my tasks. I also gained a liking towards the business environment through working in the Accounting and Finance Department. The hardest part of the job was staying on task and up to date with the constant incoming invoices that needed to be inputted and filed. The most enjoyable part of the job was the flexibility in schedule, as I was a student and needed to balance my work with my schooling.

It was fun to work with different kind of people and different kind of Categories cultural people and learned lots of new things but when we look at the company We have to disappointed their business Strategy and business policies. I couldn’t find any Security and future Job benefits and working benefits 
When my branch Bankrupt company did not bother to call me back to work with them I was skilled and Hard worker and a very good sales Representative for Public Mobile LLC but Whenever you Gone That’s mean You Gone Forever They only Think about profits not about Skilled worker. So I can not Aspect more from my ex work place 


A typical day at work would be having to learn new promotion or codes, and features of phones and products. Having to spend time with customers to see what deal suits them. I learned a lot about sales and customer service. Management was good but it could of have improved in some ways. Co-workers were great to work with. It was a team environment. The hardest part of the job was explaining and dealing with the network issues. The most enjoyable moment of the job was selling and the commission pay.

As with other Small to Medium Companies, you were many hats in a singular Job so your day can vary widely. Challenging and satisfying in most aspects but you find that others aren't as up to the challenge as most. The hardest part of the job is communications between divisions and accepting some of the shortsightedness. Young new company with lots of challenges!

At Public Mobile sometimes its super busy and sometimes its really quiet. When it is busy it gets hard because i am the only one working here but i still get through it and try my best to satisfy all my clients. This job has made me learn to have a lot of patience and understanding towards others.

It was located in a mall with a lot of traffic, working alone (most of the time)  was sometimes hectic but rewarding in the end. My team often helped each other in tough situations, even from another location. The most important thing i learnt during my time there is to never let your team or a customer feel like they aren't wanted in the location.
