The people are great there. Vehicles you drive are something else though. Maintenance is not kept up on these vehicles. Find it hard to do you patrol and answer almarms or atms. On some runs it’s very hard to keep up because when a almarm comes in you have to stop your patrols and answer these almarms or atms. Then continue on after you are cleared of these almarms and hope you have enough time to finish your rounds find it hard too do. Again the people there are great friendly and willing to help.

I have learned that I am a fast learner and enjoy any work environment that I am confronted with.  I adapt well in an environment.  I am able to do my job consistantly till the work day is done, getting all tasks at hand done.  Remembering details of events and schedules, to events and schedules on a regular basis.

so many employees that you'll be lucky to get some hours if any at all, They have so many people To call upon that you'll be wondering if you will ever get hours, Promise of hours but none to give, one day they have you scheduled and the next they have nothing for you

My only complaint is they were not able to help find a way to balance work and life. It could be different now but back then they couldn't. On one site I ended up having a problem with my vehicle and the on shift supervisor picked me up in the company car and drove me home so I could sleep. 

As a mobile driver, I visit various building and construction sites during a 12 hour shift. I check the interior and exterior of the buildings, looking for water leaks, fire, vagrants, vandalism, broken windows/ doors, and any other damage that might occur in the buildings or construction site.

Overall a good compnay to work for in the Medicine Hat area. The area manager is fair and easy to work with, however there is little to no communication from the upper managment to lower managment, no positive interactions

A typical work day included regular communication with staff and clients.  I was given an opportunity for job advancement, and honed valuable client service skills.  Hardest part of the job was being on call 24-7.  The most enjoyable part of the job was the challenge.

If you haven't worked as security, this is like any of the opening security type institutions.  The uniforms were uncomfortable, the hours are like all emergency services, and the wages are low.

Best place to jump start your career. 
Ideal for students who have complex schedule. The company will help you adjust with work and education.

Great place  to work. Everybody is nice and easygoing. The security guards are very professional. Especially the managers are very friendly. If you work hard you can get good pay.  The management is great. I learned a lot from my previous experience.
