They hired me as mobile supervisor at $17 per hour but they paid me $16 instead. When I asked the rate correction/increase as promised, they would reduced my working hours and told me to apply for EI to boost my wage loss; but they never sent Record of Employment to EI. Once I started collecting EI they lied to EI that I had quit. Now I am paying $12, 000 after they made such lies to EI.

Also they are racists while they welcome you with a fake diversity culture.
When they fund that you are an educated or ask for advancement, they would find blames or false accusations against you so that they can replace you with a new immigrant who never double check their pay Stubs. among their common lies are: poor performance, speeding, poor report, asking too much etc.
They have a First Nation lady that they use to show off that they have diversity. This Lady is a master in supporting lies from top management.

When I applied at PWM I asked to be put on night shifts. I predominantly worked loss prevention of night time jobsites and fire watch. While work was mainly done alone check ins with other employees were done throughout the night, this is a good job if you enjoy working alone and at night as long as you are comfortable reporting on or resolving potential security incidents. I was offered many other opportunities for shifts outside of my own schedule as well. I would have been interested in working here much longer had my life schedule allowed me to continue working night shifts.

They are only interested in keeping their profits, they blame the company they are contracted to for the cut back on staff. They blame you for an mistakes and will not back the staff on any thing. The only advancement comes with a .50$ raise and all the errors become your responsibility completely. The company does not see the employee's an asset. They give you used uniforms but charge you for the,. They expect them to come back dry cleaned , which they aren't when you receive them, in order to get your money back. I have never heard of any one getting the 250.00 back either. No benefits  and they will fight even their top supervisor over paying for any over time.

That is there slogan, but I ask how are they doing this when they frustrated their employees. Sometimes your schedule will be changed up to 5 times in a week. Taking time off is supposed to be okay, but as soon as important dates come up they begin asking you if you really want to work for them. The pay is the same as a fast food restaurant,  that means nothing, especially when there are days that your life could be on the line based upon the person you are escorting off the property. 

If you like to be treated as a piece of garbage, this is the place for you. Night control room supervisor was a wanted dealer and was arrested. Ops manager does not know the law, and owner seems to have ADHD.

They avoid.paying more than minimum wage and will try anything to avoid going above minimum employment standards. Zero training offered and no loyalty to staff (it works both ways, you know.)

If you don't mind losing your will to live, this is the place for you.

I can not express how bad this company treats it's employees. During some of my employment with PWM Security, I was suffering from a cold/asthma attack due to working in a cold atmosphere during first 3 months (all night shifts). 
After last shift with company, I was written up for another guards mistake, being sick at work and constantly needing mobile to drive me home (which was a false statement on their part)
I would NOT recommend this company as an employer

I lasted 2 shifts with this company. Management is very rude and condescending. While in training I was yelled at by a senior manager in front of my training partner for doing something "wrong". Overworked and underpaid. So many better security companies out there, avoid this one at all costs.

I am grateful to PWM Loss Prevention Services Inc for the culture and benefits of the company and for the diversity of learning new challenges everyday and learning all their policies and regulations as well as I enjoyed making and meeting new co-workers and meeting new supervisors and my employers as part of and on behalf of PWM Loss Prevention Services Inc.

No structure, barely any training, no breaks or bathroom breaks, called in to cover shifts all the time. Terrible work environment with little to no support from management. Owner has no idea what is going on within his own company, extremely disorganized, poorly run, 20 year old phones with no headsets. I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.
