Pace Processing is a fast growing company. Unfortunately, employees are not always treated right. Always HIRING as employees doesn't last. Heavy workload, long hours of work, unsafe work environment and yet NO MEDICAL BENEFITS. Average working hours is 10, but on peak season is around 14. Employees are obliged to finish the whole shift, even those who takes the public transit. Positive side is overtime is paid. Breaks are limited to 15mins twice in a shift, which is terrible as workers works like a machine, work load is too heavy. Multicultural working environment but Caucasians gets more pay. Some employees who have been working there for more than 10 years earns the same as those who started 2 years ago. Starting pay is minimum with no regular salary increase.  NO BENEFITS, NO BENEFITS, NO BENEFITS. This company needs to realize that their employees will most likely stay working with them if they provide medical benefits. People will take care of their job if they know that their company takes care of them. No orientation to the workplace and proper training to new employees.
When it comes to the management, HR team is the worst--very unprofessional. They think they know it all, even if they don't. They demand and does not listen. Lastly, they will make you feel that they are above you which is demoralizing. Unfortunately, it appears that they have more power than the companys' President. The President is not too bad, however, he is surrounded and influenced by unbiased personnel.

I would never ever recommend this job to anyone. Extremely long hours, a typical day is 10+ hours. During peak seasons you could be working over 14 hours! The workers aren't valued at all. The work environment is trash. Supervisors are so rude, the bakery side being the worst. It is a fast paced environment, but they expect you to be even faster. Short 15 minute breaks, definitely not enough for the labour that they require. Technically you're supposed to be taking a break every 3 hours and 15 minutes but the supervisors won't allow it. So it doesn't matter if you're working 10 hours you're only going to get 2 breaks. It is almost impossible to move up, I know so many people who've been working for 7+ years and are at $13 dollars an hour. Theres no training, or very little of, you get thrown head first into fast machinery and heavy lifting.

It’s been 3 years working here really enjoyed my work life as I got really good  friends here. Management is quite helpful. Friendly environment and everyone is good 

I have learned maintained clean work spaces, team work, basic mathematics skills. Moreover, operating machinery used in production process, co-operation among employers.

the pizza side is too cold and the bakery is too hot. don't have enough employes so they are always making you work extra hours. almost always miscalculations in pay. overvall not bad lol

Nice place to work . More opportunities,  competitive salary, good environment, all employees are multicultural : very friendly and cooperative. Offers more flexibility

worst company, and bad staff you want to do what it is that we do that you want to do when you do what we want what we do is up to you to do what it is

Typically an 8hr shift but with frequent overtime. An extremely fast paced job due the lack of co workers. Management was not very professional towards its workers.
