The owner is terrible, and micromanages everything. He treats his employees like property whenever he thinks he can get away with it. He's petty, vindictive, and lies about advancement. Working here you'll never be paid what you're worth, you'll be expected to work mandatory weekends, overtime, and get berated for taking sick days or even bathroom breaks sometimes. They expect you to go above and beyond while promising things they'll never deliver on. 

I'll say this, it's a great place to learn because of all the different hats you're expected to wear, and the fact that they turnover is so high you'll have to take on other people's tasks. 

I've worked in a number of shops throughout my career, and been treated poorly here and there, but never as consistently as I was at this place. I'm absolutely amazed they're still in business. I'd rather make minimum wage than work here ever again. 

Learned the basics of production CNC machining, but when you came to a problem with your machine there is little to no help. They say they care about quality but really it was production numbers.

The management says one thing and then turns around and says another, but you will get blamed in an unprofessional manner if you do it one way. 

They have mass lay-offs, so you never know when you will be next.

Good place to start your career. You can learn a lot about the 5-axis machines and CAD/CAM software. Relaxed environment, nice machines and tooling. Lots of layoffs, high turnover. Not a bad place to work but almost no one has been there long term for various reasons

management and the company owner are the worst out there. No respect for their own employees 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
employees are not considered human. No human decency at all.

Good learning company.  Very process driven.  Nice machinery, friendly low pressure environment.  Young staff.  Benefits package is nice.  Free lunch every Thursday

you may not have job security there. on the previous day you are doing great and on the next day all of the sudden they just lay-off more than 40% of staff by giving a reason that their customer's sales got low and because of that they can not afford to let run their machine anymore.

No proper air conditioned facility.
No job security, company gives too many lay offs without any advance notice.


Liked working with the people.
Lots of opportunity to learn if your willing to put in the effort. The company seems like it's always advancing.
They always have alot of work, so good overtime if you want.
I never would have left, but I needed to relocate.

Not a reliable company is the era of uncertainty and recession.

They lost almost 90% of their workforce last year because of unfair wages and zero job security.
